I have had 6 female bosses and 3 male bosses. While working in a call centre 19-22. They enforced management changes regularly. Shuffled teams members /managers every 4/5 months intentionally. I have only every had 1 good female manager. 1/6 and 2/3 of my male managers and all male managers since have been good. My advice is to join her group.
