Remember the bad times with the good times. Too often we think about how awesome the sex was, or how well you (sometimes) got along. But in reality your mind blocks out the reasons you broke it off in the first place. It's okay to reminisce about good times but just always give yourself a healthy reminder of why you aren't together in the first place.

Did you notice they are all black women speaking in a particular vernacular? There's a type associated with this behavior lol

Ever heard the saying "any publicity is good publicity"? The reason I dont hate on thots or women in general is because it gives them a platform to recruit white knights running to their side and defending them, giving them more attention which is what they want ultimately. Just ignore them and gyow

Just don't date. If she wants to fuck, go for it. Take screen shots before hand to prove (just in case) it was consentual. Dont spend money, cohabitate, or devote time to women. Too many negative things can happen.

The only problem being that your ass is going to jail if you do stand up for yourself. Gotta take it and, separate yourself from the situation, and call the cops to get the first word in

My favorite quote I have read on this sub "if it flies, floats, or fucks it's cheaper to rent". Congrats on the improvement brother.

First, start by cutting out the shit in your diet. You will feel SO much better and being a young guy like yourself you'll see results quick. No more fast food, no more soda, gradually start working your way into the gym. You'll look and feel better. Commit to veggies and chicken breast and brisk walk/jog a mile twice a day for a month, I'll eat my shoe if you don't see significant improvement.

I mentioned black coffee because lots of people drink energy drinks or put sugar or creamer in their drink in the morning. Just replace those things with black coffee or black tea and it helps.

No, honestly books and things make it more complicated than need be. Just avoid empty carbs like beer, soda, heavy pasta, and sweets. Stick to lots of veggies like broccoli and brussel sprouts. Drink lots of water and black coffee. Eat lots of chicken breast, lean beef, ground turkey, and tuna. It really is incredibly simple it's just hard to stick to it because the food that's bad for you is so good lol

You mentioned that you're a virgin. So for you I would say no. Sex and female attention can REALLY cloud a mans judgement. I'm 23, and just recently went my own way so I can tell you from experience: attention from a hot girl and lots of good sex will keep you around and let them use you for way longer than you would think. I dated a girl for 8 months and stayed for the sex, it was only when that started to dry up I realized how stupid I was being and how she was financially taking advantage of …

Some jobs have to discriminate for weight. Sorry, I walk 6-8 miles a day at work. I'd rather have a fit person along side me than an obese person who only manages to do half the work the rest of the team does in that time And yes, I'm speaking from experience. Fat people dont last long in my line of work.

Look up the youtube channel "Better Bachelor". He talks about this dynamic a lot. The reason is because men base their attraction on what's "bangable" vs women who base their attraction on what they would date. Men would go considerably down the scale (a 7 male banging a 5 woman) but wouldn't date that low. So when women who are a 5 get attention from a 7 or 8, that's where they place their value. They believe that they should be capable of getting that 7 or 8 to commit to a relationship when in…

I have a female friend that plays MTG with our group. She's pretty cool but aside from MTG I find it hard to relate to her. So I just keep the interactions based around that and dont put effort into seeing her outside that hobby. Many mgtow believe women dont have hobbies, but that's not the case. Many times their "hobbies" aren't anything men would be interested in so there is a social disconnect.

Men friends are great. There is nothing wrong with having female friends, just dont spend money or cohabitate with them. Treat them as you would a male friend. If a male friend buys me a beer, I get the next round. Same with a female friend. The issue is when you start being a simp and spending time and money on them just by virtue of them being a woman.

To extend on a point you touched on, had she found someone better already she would be in bliss. She wrote this post because she doesn't feel hope about finding someone better. Turns out that single moms in their 30's have a hard time finding men to take care of them and another mans children. Who would have guessed? A woman defining herself by the man she has and how well he provides and tailors to her life style.

Dont do this for the love of god. She's going to move here, become westernized, get her citizenship, then leave. Even if that doesn't happen, why do you want to take care of a woman? Leeching away your time and money for what, cohabitation and sex?

I understand being pissed at the guy, but it isnt his fault. He probably had no idea she had a bf. As much as you hate him, it really isnt his fault (unless you know him). And you cant touch her, the second you do you'll get put in jail. Just cut your losses and GYOW friend.

You say that in jest but no joke, women say shit like that. "IF YOU WERE AROUND MORE..." Yeah, you have to hold their hand every day to make sure a dick doesn't fall inside them.

Invest 20 million, you'll make over a million a year even with bad interest rates. Make all the simps realize their girls are after money and expose gold diggers on the daily. Ever seen youtube vids where gold diggers get exposed? It's hilarious when they are confronted with their own behavior.

Have any of you ever been in a job cleaning a women's public restroom? They're like wild animals in there. That's the main reason I dont want gender neutral bathrooms, atleast in the men's all you have to deal with is some piss around the urinals most of the time.

There is a key phrase here. Dont get me wrong this guy is a POS, but she said "willingly". She just admitted consent. If she felt like that, call the cops and have a restraining order/ no contact order put on. God knows any woman can get one easily.

They want equality where it is convenient. That's the thing these women dont get, true equality would be a step down for them.

I cant stress enough how great community college is. As long as you finish up at a state school, you'll end up with 20-30k less debt than the people who went 4 years at a state school and you'll get the same degree. Your GPA will likely be higher as well because community college doesn't have BS "weed out the weak" mentality for some of the harder pre req courses. GPA doesn't mean a ton in college but if you want to continue your education in grad school its helpful.
/r/MGTOW22/11/19 05:24 PM
3

If I was in your situation I'd go to community college first to do the pre req courses and then go to a hell hole state school for 2 years. Minimizes your time in libtard land and keeps you out of debt. Also, your GI bill should entirely cover community college for the first couple years, where it might not completely cover state school.

If you put the effort of sneaking around and fucking other men into working on your relationship then you could save your marriage.
/r/MGTOW22/11/19 11:34 AM
2

Many mgtow men still date and have long term relationships. The issue is cohabitation mainly. Once you start living with a woman that's when the law gets in the way. Even if you never get married, she can eventually claim a "common law" marriage and still get half your stuff should you kick her out.
/r/MGTOW20/11/19 09:08 AM

Very nice, MGTOW has really helped me learn to enjoy my own company and be satisfied without the attention of women. It's so freeing once you are able to truly say you dont give a shit about getting attention or validation from women.
/r/MGTOW13/11/19 08:12 PM

Wow. Yeah, you're right. There's no debating that level of crazy. My favorite part is that she assumes she knows everything about men and being a man, despite not being one herself. Isnt that what feminists call "manslpaining" when men supposedly do it? I would love to write a counter article to this, call myself a PhD, and see how quickly the blue pills freak out and say how sexist and misogynist it is.

Fun fact, I was at West Point when they were doing a trial run for the new physical fitness test. It was gender neutral and in theory it would place you on a spectrum of the different MOS you could have. Well even at West Point, where the women are statistically in much better shape than any other place in the Army, there was still a huge number excluded from going into combat arms based on the test. So, surprise surprise, it was modified yet again to more inclusive. Who would have guessed?

Holy shit. This makes so much sense. I had an ex who was a physically abusive alcoholic (I never reciprocated violence because I knew I'd get arrested) and this was her EXACT tactic every fucking time. Do stupid shit, I confront, she says "oh xyz is just a bad influence on me I'm not like that", I call her out for being an alcoholic, then she would lose her mind and have a meltdown. Unfortunately I allowed this to go on for 7 months before I finally got out of that situation. It was a cycle.

Most women dont do this. Most women wouldn't end the relationship because once you accepted this level of cucking and mind games they have you right where they want you.

Hey man I'm only 5 years older than you. Its may sound like a lot right now but you'll be 22/23 before you know it. It wasn't until this year that I learned what to do when a woman gets physically abusive. It isnt going to get better, she isnt going to change, and I promise that (even if she hit you first) if you defend yourself once you turn 18 you will get arrested if she calls the cops. Men will ALWAYS be viewed as the aggressor in any domestic violence situation unless you have air tight evidence proving otherwise. Leave her man, being with a girl who thinks it's okay to put her hands on you is not worth it. Been there done that would not recommend.

If someone came to me and said they were raped the first thing I would do is call the cops. If they dont want that, send them to a professional therapist or grief counselor. Easy as that, even if it's my sister and I love her, I am not equipped to deal with the mental and physical aftermath of a rape. If she doesn't want either of those things I dont believe there is much else to do. As I said, I am not equipped to deal with that and I could make it worse. It's not a matter of believing or not i…

Fun fact, women are most often the people who start domestic abuse, it's true that men more often take it to physical levels but not all abuse is physical. Mental/verbal abuse a huge percentage of cases and is most often perpetrated by women.

A few years ago in NYC, I was always very self concious about this. I always played on my phone and stayed a good distance away. It's good (in a shared pain kind of thing) to see I'm not the only one that felt this way.

This is very common philosophy actually. Quick Google search will show that. The idea is that people must believe every claim and take it seriously, no matter how unbased. And because of the legal processes in the US, even if there isnt much evidence, there will still be a day in court. That day in court for the man will ruin his professional and personal life unless his wife or SO is an incredibly strong person and is willing to hear his side, which is not often the case. What happens if the wi…

Yeah that has been an issue for years. The main people who join the army nowadays are your classic "Patriots" (southern white males), people who are looking to "get out" from the ghetto or a bad home situation, or people who want to use the GI bill when they get out to pay for college. None of those are bad things, just kind of the reality the Army and other branches are in. People who are truly skilled are able to make more money and have a better career in the private sector so that's what the…

There was a Captain who told me a story of when he was deployed with a SF unit with a military police attachment. There was a woman in the MP attachment. The woman got a really bad infection (some type of vaginal issue, I forget what it was) and had to be air lifted out before she died from the worsening issue of not being able to clean herself. I was in the Army around some high level leadership in the US when the change happened where women could go into combat arms branches. Literally EVERYONE thought it was a bad idea. There were COLs, 1 stars, and even a 3 star I knew personally who would say in private conversations that it was a terrible idea yet they couldn't oppose the change because it would almost certainly end their career. Not that they would get kicked out, but that they wouldn't be promoted. It was the same for enlisted l…
