Like weed & beer, take tolerance breaks from coffee : 1-2 days a week - when you have time off - where you abstain, lowering your tolerance threshold. Also, during vacation etc, try to abstain from a few weeks to a month, once a year. Totally resets your system. Your first cup ( bowl, beer) after that break is like the first time you tried it.
