In Europe it's a no no to date more than one woman at the same time. I know all the pua's say it's the same everywhere but nope, there's no exclusivity thing in Europe. It's kinda an unspoken law that you are exclusive as soon as you have had something with each other even if you aren't in a relationship, there's no such thing as the three date rule either but well most girls won't have sex with you on the first date, many will have sex with you on the second date though.

If you have ADHD get medicated so you can work on your goals that's the utmost important thing. Fidgeting is okay it's pretty normal nowadays. You can show that you're confident in other ways.
