1	If women love sex , why do they make it hard to get ? Some of it is biology that is outside their control but it manifests by making them more choosy - Because women carry the biological risk of getting pregnant, they have historically been much more selective. You don't know what happened between the woman and the other dude. You are assuming he did EXACTLY what you did and as a result labelling the girl as fickle. 1	As a lifelong lethargic introvert, this really has helped me. It sounds dumb but...caffeine! What you are actually improving with caffeine is your adrenaline levels. There is lot of research now on how caffeine affects the brain to stimulate deep focus. Check out Andrew Huberman’s talks. Also, if caffeine works for you, nicotine will also work. 1	I am a boring person. Do i even have a chance? The key to the first two is authenticity. How to smile right - You tell your brain that I am happy to see this person. Then you smile. That smile will always be authentic and noone will find it creepy. If you tell your brain that I don’t like this person and try to smile, it will always look creepy. On the second, no. A joke that falls flat doesn’t kill the mood. In fact people are thankful that someone tried to crack a joke. 1	Best books for men according to 56 blogs (see comments for the list) Two more books very relevant that I have found useful (in addition to 13 Rules by Jordan) are Mindset by Carol Dweck and Never Split the Difference by Chriss Voss.
