This is not even close to dark triad. I am not a dark triad myself but grew up among a lot of them due to the place I lived before and not having a lot of other possibilities as a young man, some of them are still my close friends. I am on the same level as OP is now. Implementing TRP day by day and bettering myself. But, also going back to BP sometimes, not being fully aware until I realize later what I did. I guess it is just pushing yourself to implement new habits and thoughts until they totally become YOU. it takes time for that, it's up to the person on how much time it takes.
