2	What do you guys think about NoFap? I'm not knocking on its effects or anything, but I think it's more psychological. I think the real thing that helps you through is that you want your life to progress and change and that's where all the confidence comes from, not specifically avoiding fapping. 1	Confidence Yeah, I cold opened a girl and one of her first questions to ask me was "Do you drive?" and it was funny because I opened her at a bus stop. I got her number but got shut down.
