vespian is right. But if at least you have ambitions then that is fucking attractive! If you have some goals, and you are actively working to improve your situation then women will see that. But more importantly it will give you more confidence to be working toward something you care about.

So definitely work on getting your shit together while improving your social life by interacting with more women.

Do both at the same time. Improve your life AND game so that way when you achieve financial freedom you have great game already there

Confidence isn't about what you own, it's about what you have.

You're not going to become confident just because i give you an apartment, a car and a nice job.

You have a life you wouldn't trade for anybody elses.

You wouldn't want to forget your family just for someone else house and car and job, so be grateful for what you own and realise that you're a kickass person and stop focusing on all of the negatives.

You can still have game, but you are limiting yourself because YOU don't think that's attractive, so it'll show for any woman you want to date. If you think having a good job, a car, and a nice apartment is attractive, then either work hard on it or change your definition of attractive. Cheers :)
