You don't seem to understand why male porn use fails to support your claim.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 08:46 AM
1

Yeah put the links down you clearly don't understand that they don't support you and are just offering speculation

One quote does a trend make....to the fucktard.

Do you enjoy slandering and attributing bad intentions when evidence and reason elude you? Hahaha not that you're seeking them out or anything. Indeed reality suggests that men on balance are not single because they want to be but because dating circumstances simply are not good.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 08:39 AM

30 percent is half of 60, math wiz. The article didn't say that and at this point you're just lying about the state of affairs. Do you like shilling for whatever woke mafia is paying you?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 08:37 AM

Sure men at their horniest phase in life just randomly prefer being alone, as evidenced by the high rates of mental illness, loneliness, etc. My evidence is no doubt foreign to a bad faith handwaver such as yourself: reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 08:34 AM
2

Learned helplessness indeed would not be noteworthy to a sadist such as yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 08:28 AM
2

So another source agrees with my interpretation of the pew study regarding 30 percent of men not seeking out sex or relationships. And you offer an article with more speculation. Hint: why would young men rather watch porn? You're confusing effects with causes and somehow trying to shoehorn this into "they prefer being single." Grade: D-
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 08:28 AM

It doesn't say anything about your last assertion as argument. If half of the men who are single are not looking at all for sex or dates or anything, per PEW, then once again you're wrong regarding the first two assertions.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 08:09 AM

Your article doesn't explain that. Your article speculates using the GSS.

I literally repeated the data. You then speculated about it. So many people (or bots) just lie lol

There's always another level. If the 9 guy is friends with idk a 10 billionaire he will experience nothing but black pills. I don't think people understand the true raw power of money. And not money. I mean fuck you money. Put it this way, odds are higher than you think that the male super celebs praised for their chadliness sucked off some high level executive to get where they are. At that level it's not even about gay. It's about power. Just crazy insane power.

I just told you what they look for. And no I don't have to prove the existence of a racial, looks, or wealth hierarchy. You dumpkopfs really do not understand the burden of proof. Add that to your homework along with "how to discuss without sounding like I flunked 101-level college courses"

Yeah unfortunately having a pack of goons is useful. I mean I always say on here that, if you're a decent looking guy who's a late bloomer or something, meet up groups are great. Tons of older women, competition is weak...very good sandbox. What you need are two or three other people who are much cooler than the competition but who also defer to you. The easiest way to gain leadership among men is to PROVIDE. Let me say that again. PROVIDE. This is why money is so useful. If you're the guy fundi…

I know that women tend to be very superficial and more relevant here, petty and juvenile If you don't understand how to discuss there are plenty of resources on Google for you. Read them sometime after recess.

Ya bro, 30% not seeking or even looking for dates or sex.... ...and unless you're trying to include situationships as relationships single means not in a relationship But ya its their preference. Men of gen z especially are complaining of loneliness and that's your tonedeaf reply lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 06:35 AM

Except table 3...THE ACTUAL DATA. And the big takeaway is "Our results provided little support for the idea that people are drawn to how competent a person truly is." Which indeed is VERY MUCH my point. Funny, you somehow missed that nugget while trying to shore up your apparent statistical illiteracy with fluff statements from the authors.

"Lol ^ ya dude women on average will value the $300 a person dinner and the handmade pasta equally." We're In agreement that you can't read. They will not value both the same in favor of the money splashing date. .... You can start with table 3 of this one https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0092656621000507 Do you see how all the abilities have pretty much null effect?

Yeah just to show you how political this issue is, that article MISREPORTS the gini coefficients given by the Hinge engineer....mysteriously "The Gini coefficient for straight men on Hinge as calculated by Goldgeier is 0.542. This would place Hinge as having more wealth inequality than 93.5% of countries in the world. This value is similar to the Gini coefficient of 0.58 calculated for straight men on Tinder. The Gini coefficient for women is 0.376" https://medium.com/@worstonlinedater/dating-ap…

Read it again. That's not what I said. ... You can say what you want. If you'd like to maybe learn about the topic you insist on speaking about, Google can help you regarding peer reviewed research showing the factors that determine female dating decisions.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 06:04 AM

Yeah sure when 60% of men 18-30 are single vs 30% of women. And half of those men simply have dropped out of looking for dates or sex altogether.... ....BECAUSE they're exercising that Sikk entitlement lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 06:03 AM

Go read what I said again. Has nothing to do with whether or not one can make pasta and still get laid ... Sure dude. You're not a special snowflake. So yes its your race looks height or wallet.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 05:58 AM

Once again, men do have to endure terrible women who are usually ON THEIR LEVEL. It's not because she's hot though. And nope medicore men (relative to the woman) treating women like shit is a blip. A female 5 isn't letting a male 5, objectively do that. A 7? Yeah probably
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 05:56 AM

On the one hand there is truth here.... ...on the other hand, red pill and the entire community simply are imbeciles about the extreme power of wealth. Women are turned on by the status and power that comes from extreme wealth. Beautiful celebrity women tend to end up with.....shipping/oil heirs. Rather than other celebrities. Everything is just a cue for status. Wealth is the ultimate cue.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 05:52 AM
-4

Lol ^ ya dude women on average will value the $300 a person dinner and the handmade pasta equally. More nonsense about personality. Dude your personality, hate to break it, is meaningless. You've never attracted anyone with it. Dudes who splash $$$$ aren't "striking out" much if ever. Do people on reddit enjoy creative writing or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 05:48 AM
2

Table 3 shows all objectively measured competencies having effectively null effect https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0092656621000507 And this is just one of many. So once again....TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL ELSE...women tell themselves a story about the feelings a hot guy makes them feel and project them onto the man. Which is why women are ridiculously easy to exploit, manipulate, abuse, etc. Because 1. They are superficial and 2. Blissfully unaware of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 05:38 AM
1

No. ONCE AGAIN since you can't read: those studies show 1. Women state priorities different from their actual priorities 2. Women value hotness to the exclusion of all else. As in no other quality matters. Literally NO OTHER QUALITY exerts any effect. And 3. Women generally agree on what is attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 05:23 AM
4

Yeah if a guy turns a woman on on sight the odds are pretty low of her "having boundaries." Never Said anything about her being in a relationship. You didn't really meet the point you just said some shit most anyone would say. Research shows that despite women SAYING THEY VALUE many different and varied qualities about men IN FACT the main dispositive factor relating to the man that matters = hotness. So plenty of evidence of women saying one thing when something else is true.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 05:16 AM
1

Oh women indeed choose and stay with men who treat them with utter contempt. That has nothing to do with what we are discussing. Mediocre men are not treating women on their level this way. Hope that helps.

I'm not making a claim, dipshit. It's well settled research and data on par with the sky being blue You're just talking so far out of your ass you have no idea about the area and are confusing a foundational claim i.e. the status quo for a claim challenging the status quo. Online dating data showing a winner take all effect for male but not female matches. Women like only 4% of male profiles whereas as men like 40+% of women's or some such. The actual data suggests it's kind of more like 80/5 Top 20% is maybe good enough to show up as a blip and run thru some older women, single moms, etc.. This is about sex i.e. the level at which relatively fast, commitment free sex, is consistently possible for a man

Being confident MEANS ZERO for attracting women. Women do not care if you are confident or not regarding getting them into you. When a woman says you are needy what she means is that she does not like you that much and does not want to give you the attention you want from her. Women project their feelings about you into these evaluations. Never take them seriously...which is why.... Being confident MEANS EVERYTHING for acquiring new leads and qualifying them. Confidence is what allows you to eff…

They really aren't People are conditioned to follow social scripts And they do Which is why women not understanding that they aren't growing and maturing insomuch as the guys they choose just don't excite them in the same way which makes self control easier makes sense. /r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 07:09 PM

Not really. No one learns that. Men just learn their level. Women rarely if ever learn anything Lol women get crazy jealous when they ACTUALLY DESIRE YOU So many people need to accept the extent of how much women lie. About everything. Consciously and unconsciously.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 07:07 PM

No it's his instinct and correct intuition that PEOPLE DO NOT CHANGE And women are not particularly great at introspection So no women don't do this. Women have a habit of thinking and saying x when they are doing y.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 06:59 PM

BECAUSE I HAVE YET TO SEE IT I literally have engaged in behavior FAR WORSE so many times than whatever such individuals claimed to experience in the past and gotten away with it for an embarrassing amount of time. Women do not grow up mature or change. Ever. If they truly desire you, that's a wrap.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 06:58 PM

You're beyond wrong. These hypothetical women will open their legs the next time a man fitting that bill pays them attention. You know how many late 30s/early 40s so called mature women I've slayed on a boring Tuesday? Idk why ppl can't just admit how weak women are in the presence of men they TRULY find attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 06:56 PM

That's because ^ is the truth. People dont understand the types of things that can make a guy very attractive to receive that treatment. His race and his height are big factors here.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 06:55 PM

Lol so women are the problem

I like leaving a record so that people can see
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 07:58 AM

I see so even if those preferences are shaped by cultural oppression there's no moral dimension. And interesting so if a woman is conditioned by her culture to prefer a violent man her consent is just a general pass on that attraction? Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 07:27 AM
1

Yes people like you who don't understand biology asserting patent nonsense like "combination of x and y" when all things must be some combination of biology and culture is bullshit. Here, let's just say it's 50% oppression...do you concede then it still has moral implications? Do you concede that if it were 100% learned it'd be a moral issue?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 07:24 AM
1

Of course, sure attraction has nothing to do with those societal organizing forces lol Except many (most all) women have a racial preference....which isn't a biological category, i.e. learned. Like I said the issue is too complex for you so you ignore obvious complications
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 07:19 AM
1

It's irrelevant because your claim concerns female sexual attraction. And I don't care about it because it's irrelevant and makes no difference to the point. So once again just meet the point 👉 do you see the moral implications or not

You provided a picture of a headline, not the study. So....? And your imbecility regarding correlation is lmfao stupid. I guess that must mean someone who says the rooster crow makes the sun rise has some facts huh? My assertion is that 1 in 5 do so fairly often which they do and the fact that it's that high for just foodie calls indicates they use men for far more than that Good that you agree you saying only certain types of women did that was complete horseshit, though.

So then you agree that those forces shape female attraction. And that's cool. There's currently 0 evidence of any "biological attraction." In fact the high heritability of many traits considered attractive suggests they aren't under selective pressure which means they likely are very plastic. Women either ignore or are ignorant of how a man being undesirable echoes throughout his entire social life. In mixed coed spaces women tend to simply erase a good portion of men who would likely have thrived due to their positive qualities (humor/smarts/creativity) before....because of irrelevant superficial bullshit. There really aren't any male only spaces anymore.... There is no real separation. Sexless women Aka sexless by choice (most single by choice women definitely aren't sexless) aren'…

You know preferring white tall men via cultural transmission because of untold historical violence and tyranny. The arousal women feel per research has little relation to their stated arousal. Female sexuality is regulated to serve very oppressive exclusionary regimes.... ...yet per research female arousal can be conditioned, appears far more than women state in response to a wide…

Occasionally+ is fairly often. And no 1 in 5 women cannot be reduced to a personality disorder. Your entire argument hinges on "Occasionally" exploiting someone != exploiting someone fairly often. Which is moronic given the nature of the action. And you're ignoring the likelihood of women willing to exploit men for various other things like attention, etc. When they do so all the time. Like I said: brat take deliberate ignorance

Stupid cliche and wrong take. Dating inequality mostly arises from culturally learned mechanisms. If you really think women biologically can't fuck normal men, short men, etc. when they orgasm more often from rape and have been shown to be 1. Susceptible to pavlovian conditioning of their arousal 2. Aroused by much different stimuli than what they say they are aroused by...then you're a rube. Also the 80/20 thing misleads: <image>
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 06:22 PM

I mean there are a lot of issues. Men generally are underrated and women especially white women are just....overrated to fucktardedly stupefying levels. Forgetting even dating apps, the general undercurrent of misandry/anti-man is much much stronger than it ever was in the past. All relationships worth having pretty much start with sex relatively quickly, yes. This has always been the case. A woman who truly wants to fuck a guy will fuck him. No woman is a mother theresa saint of self-control who can nobly fight her primal urges for 10 dates. If by date 5 or so (IMOI 2024 date 2 should be the benchmark but whatever) she's still prim and proper the news is in: you're there to kiss her ass and give her money and attention.

Dude. No. The kind of money that gets pussies wet is big baller shot caller money. Not 'great provider' money. Here, think of it like this. Women who are very destitute and who usually hang out with low lives and are always living in fear for their living conditions will, if they meet a guy from a different social class who 1. pays attention to them and 2. seems able to offer them some of his life of basic shelter and food security, will like clockwork fall in love and have the hots for said guy…

There's no singular problem. I think the structure of our society and how patriarchy operates virtually guarantees this "problem." Women are conditioned to reward men who best conform to patriarcal gender norms with their complete sexuality Despite feminism and whatever this has not changed. At all. The irony is that the "problem" is technically patriarchy. However Feminism doesn't really give a shit about actually dismantling the patriarchy, which is why they still avoid making women accountabl…

Silly take. I don't have issues attracting women I find attractive and yet I still retain many "objections" the so-called men in different stages have. It's not a simple misunderstanding. Women simply are irresponsible and avoid accountability for anything. It's annoying. Literally every conversational response by women to legitimate data-backed complaints or concerns by men can be boiled down to: but i don't wanna have to consider other people! whether it's invoking the rape dystopia in respons…

Idk I'm single by choice because I can get enjoyable sex pretty easily from cute partners. therefore, for me to tie myself to a woman in any material way, she's gotta be extraordinary. Whether you settle depends on how rigid and realistic your standards are. How rich is the second guy? So if the second guy is in the 10-20 mil+ category, he DOMINATES the first guy in RAW VISCERAL ATTRACTION. Why? Because his lifestyle with everything screams to a woman of normal status "I'm better than you" and trust this activates ye old hypergamy.

It's funny that you invoke apes in a conversation among humans. Now do your homework and note one of the largest differences between us and apes. The LOWER correlation between social status and reproductive success and the general fluidity of social status. So no you don't see a similar thing among humans. The 17 to 1 thing 1. Dumb takes like this fail to realize that defining "best" is always arbitrary and with reference to some specific societal standards limited by time and place. If women were so picky they wouldn't be aroused by almost everything and orgasm so much from rape. ^ Based but fax. It's entirely social.

Maybe it's some inbuilt eugenics measure I don't know It isn'lt. 1. Your role as a man isn't to select good genes. 2. You go on to list culture variant standards for attractiveness. I shit on women a lot for their 'NOTHING CAN BE DONE BOUT ATTRACTION LOL BIOLOGY' but men deserve to be double shit on for clinging to high standards they can't even meet. when in possession of a boner maximus potentialus. Bottom line, if only 1 in 50 women are "physically enough" for you. You're 1. bullshitting your…

I'll be 40 in less than two years, so pretty old. Dating has objectively gotten much worse over the last 20 years. Usually what I've observed is that late bloomers may go through a small 'hoe' phase and come to realize the same crucial fact that any man with experience recognizes about women who have experience. A key ingredient in what makes youthful shenanigans fun is the fucking youth. Specifically stupidity and ignorance. If you are an adult waltzing around in a younger person's fantasy inte…

No they don't. Go look at those data sets. The content is popular because it resonates with the lived experience of many men. It's really annoying when these ivory tower OPs come in and dole out basic shit everyone knows about content to just imply most men are idiots and can't distinguish fantasy or hyperbole from reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 04:36 PM

Dude it's not a hard point to get my point is that if the trend lines are correct and consonant with reality it's a trivial point. The OP is trying to make it seem like the content just has a weak correlation with reality which is false

Which is focusing on it....especially when there's no need to do so. People are aware of outliers. Yeah sure if you treat exceptions as rules anything is possible. I didn't. In my OP and just now I explained and further explained what the correct way to behave to keep women attracted and interested is. And that it isn't the same as treating a woman well. Dude I've been with more women and dealt with more rejection than probably everyone on this board. The problem with cringe culture is that it makes men into women who are over concerned with social faux pas and awkward moments. They can do it if they're willing to go the distance for it. Combo of no simp boundaries and high standards. And not giving up. Realizing like I said that success could take YEARS.

The answer: get hotter Longer answer: This all assumes that you have a decent level of femininity. By contrast, we observed less consistent effects of targets’ race, no effects of targets’ age, and no consistent interactions between target-level categories" https://psycnet.apa.org/record/2022-61496-001?doi=1 study methodology: "Th…

And many men who have boldly made an advance without requiring them to sign a consent form or directly ask to do x (including send a nude) because a lot of women are turned off by that. Only 25% of women even think that consent needs to be given at all stages of an actual sexual encounter. Only 12% of women strongly disagree that failing to say no is a sign of consent https://www.plannedparenthood.org/files/1414/6117/4323/Consent_Survey.pdf You can keep trying to push your warped Victorian Misan…

Once again, I explained why you did no such thing. You ignored the other graph regarding female reply rate vs male attractiveness. Gosh I wonder why. Therefore, because men are the ones initiating the vast majority of all contact, female reply rates are almost linearly correlated with male attractiveness, what is happening...? Rather than talking with men 3 or 4 points above them, women are talking with men .5-1 point above them -- because those are the ones who will entertain them. Note how the…

Definitely false. You're saying that no one who is well endowed has ever sent a cock pic which is just stupid. It isn't illegal in 48 states. I'm sure this and many other behaviors with 0 actual damage will become crimes over time though. Because people pretend pixels on a screen can cause them harm.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 08:15 AM
-11

Increasingly yes states are moving to criminalize them another symptom of a bloated, dumb late stage capitalist society. Only 1 or 2 states so far. Sending a picture of a penis != flashing your penis. It's a group of pixels on a screen that is easily blocked and removed.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/24 08:13 AM

When it works it's pretty great. In the hey day of dating apps when I was just running around, literally could get a new girl every day or two using that method. Use your head. The answer is YES. They are classic high risk high reward. First, if you're launching dick pics your goal in the immediate future is sex. Not many better ways to sort out which women are going to string you along i.e. not that sexually excited by you but see bf potential (you should be aggressively weeding these out anyway) from the ones who you "do it" for. Anyone who pretends otherwise is profoundly ignorant.

Women aren't willing to give unattractive men a chance. Nothing in the data shows that. Further, the attractiveness of the woman is increasingly irrelevant as to whether they're thinking they're giving an unattractive man "a chance." A 3 who gives a 4 "a chance," is delusional. And when women are "giving you a chance," it's painfully obvious and the "prove yourself to me" air is so condescending that I'm unsure how men even endure it.

Genius most interactions are started by men, the proportion of female first send interactions is so small so as not to be worth considering. You're just seeing the fact that women are STILL CONSTRAINED by who is WILLING to talk with them. Female friends (where she does not find YOU sexually attractive) 99/100 are an extremely negative value proposition for a man. are you illiterate? YES Look at you, derailing away because YOU CAN'T TALK ABOUT THE MAIN ISSUE. Until you learn how to read and discuss on point rather than derail and dissemble (like a woman) when you "argue," no response forthcoming.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 09:28 PM
1

Your claim is that men can get laid consistently. They can't. You're shifting the goal posts and moving them around, now claiming single men don't want to consistently get laid via casual sex when about half of at least 18-29 year old men do. Yeah you claimed it was a small group of women having sex with men from that data. Now that you apparently realize that was a huge unsupported leap of logic you're here derailing and talking about a bunch of other shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 09:27 PM

dude without a doubt i have way more experience than you. learn how to discuss without trying to smear the people you're talking with. it just reveals your general inexperience
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 09:25 PM

It really isn't "quite a lot" over 20+ years. Yes, I understand the median. You don't seem to understand that your given values don't tell us if a small group of men is sleeping with a lot of women or vice versa.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 09:18 PM
6

Much fewer men are in a position to string women along than vice versa. It's pretty simple I don't know what you don't get. A third of women admit to using men for free meals, for example.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 09:17 PM
7

No. They go on dates with women who don't like them much.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:42 PM
3

Um 8 partners over decades isn't much at all. If you look at how many partners and how often single men have sex you'd see what I mean. And the data could be few men having sex with more women or vice versa there's not enough information from just median partner count. Yeah bro women are fucking and committing to everyone you cracked the case
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:40 PM
11

Men should read this because it's the truth. Women either LIKE YOU or NOT. The ones who like you will be easy to get on a date and easy to generally move things forward with. The ones who don't will not. Difficult women will always be difficult women for you, so don't entertain them
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:27 PM
3

Anyone can get laid once in their lives, sure. Anyone can't get laid in the colloquial sense with any consistency. ... It means that whoever women are picking to fuck and commit to are what they consider high value.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:22 PM
2

Increasingly irrelevant as time goes on. The number of women with 10+ partners has quadrupled since the 1990a
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:12 PM

That's why over a third of men under 30 in their sexual prime have given up on dating I'm sure. And why its projected that 45% of women will be single by 2030. Because there's so much abundance out there.

Nice derailment attempt. We're focusing on one specific type. It still remains true that you are MAKING UP A FLAW to justify a result. You keep tap dancing away from your fallacy by continually asserting that the flaw is a flaw.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 01:32 PM

I've been with more women than most "Chads." People who relate all these tales often over interpret things. Unless you're holding his dick whenever he's fucking you really don't know what's going on. Just like people who are duped by chadfishing experiments. Which prove dick.

Yeah bootstraps thinking is so lame. Like you're invoking outliers who likely had advantages others didn't have in helping them fight their various battles. We'd solve more social problems if people weren't so eager to pat themselves on the ass and saddle up on the "look at how great I am and how much everyone else sucks cause I did/I know.people who x" high horse. Maybe you got lucky in some way. Literally if you're an outlier that's what happened. Nothing special about you but chance boyo.

You don't. Your answer went out of the way to miss the point. I don't have to. You're over here shouting your opinion about taxes to the world. Which is fine. Stop pretending you're doing anything but that.

The only thing stupid is you not understanding, yet again, the comment. So you admit that institutions could help and that this is all about you whining about how YOU don't think they should. Not some law of society. Just your buttraging preference. Good.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 10:31 AM
1

Sure dude height and appearance and race and even income are just totally malleable and easy to change Can everyone also be a billionaire in your clown ass fictional world? The question is whether institutions can help people experiencing social issues or not. You know the answer is that they can. So asserting that it's impossible is just you saying that YOU would rather they not.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 10:19 AM

You can't compare it because you live in a time after those battles have been won, yeah. Cultural understanding hasn't reached the point of understanding how superficial and fixed the qualities that determine dating success are, and because you're a social lemming can't conceive of that being possible. More assertions. Literally institutions respond to what people demand. So things could happen if enough people demanded it. You're completely ignorant of how society actually works it seems
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 10:10 AM

And you didn't understand the point regarding discrimination or disabilities. The point is that nimrods like you said the same thing way back when those were the issues being discussed. I just cited a source replete with peer reviewed research that refutes your central premise. You can't answer my question because you don't understand evolutionary biology or population genetics. /r/PurplePillDebate09/03/24 09:08 PM

Nope. That study repeats a lot of falsehoods and just so stories. For instance, the preference for tall males is NOT a cultural universal. The ovulatory shift hypothesis has been debunked as well at this point. And the rest of the studies they refer to fail to offer ACTUAL BIOLOGICAL EVIDENCE OF SELECTION.. There's a shit ton of evidence of height barely conferring any reproductive benefit that you seem predictably ignorant of. https://nuancepill.com/does-height-influence-mens-reproductive-succe…

I already stated a million times what points are worth discussing but as usual you keep throwing your arms up and wondering how the topic can even be discussed as if you have no concept of it Your first semantic point about sensationalism is nonsensical when a 500% jump in the population, while not the same as it exceeding the male population, is in line with the general point: THERE ARE A TON OF FEMALE PSYCOPATHS So again being deliberately dunderheaded is a hallmark of you bad faithers

dude points like this are so ridiculous. the main points brought up and argued about here i.e. like 80/20 casual sex, physical appearance being the main factor attached to a man/person that drives dating decisions, bias against men, etc. all are phenomena that have many many studies and replicated results supporting them.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/24 12:02 AM

which is a ridiculous point. unless you can point to some major breakthrough in therapy that woiuld lead us to believe that nowadays it works I'm unsure why the earlier data set shouldn't stand. spoiler: there's plenty of CURRENT data showing that, surprise surprise, THERAPY STILL ISN'T VERY EFFECTIVE. You don't understand sexual seleciton or evolutionary biology either if you believe any criteria of current attraction exhibit evidence for being 'selected for.' For example, height. Height has a VERY HIGH heritability. DUCY this means it LIKELY WAS NOT SUBJECT TO MUCH SELECTION PRESSURE AT ALL? :)

/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 11:25 PM

And then you have nonsense like this question, as if you SIMPLY CANNOT SEE THAT the amount of female psychopaths jumping 500% in a population is a topic worthy of discussion, despite the amount failing to exceed male psychopaths (by fairly slim margin). It doesn't because you once again are ignorant of several other facts in the universe of this topic. They're not looking for a relationship or casual dates i.e. yes that is giving up on dating. The percentage of men who are virgins is irrelevant to the main point There are multiple data points dude that support the general notion of men dropping out of dating. There's been no misinterpretation of the data, you just don't know much about the topic
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 10:02 AM

It's not a broad statement with no source. It's a 101 level fact from a recent PEW study. This is what I'm talking about. People don't educate themselves at all on these topics and then rather than just Google assume I made up this fact. Cue for belly aching about burdens of proof etc. Which itself is inapt in a context involving just basic propositions of the subject of discussion

Yeah you're explaining a preference to play gotcha rather than take two common sense seconds to realize the study is worth discussing in his own right. Now answer my previous question.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 09:14 AM
5

I'm unsure the exact truth value of the statement but given that over a third of men 18-29 have completely dropped out of dating, as in, not even trying to date or fuck women, I'd say that female exclusionary high standards are a fairly plausible contributor
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 09:07 AM

The study doesn't say men are twice as psycho. I provided the ratio above. It's 1.2:1. I'm not ignoring anything. The general thrust of his point is CORRECT. More women than men are psycho vs. about as many women as men are psychopaths, WHEN the current understanding is that there are 6x as many male psychopaths as women simply isn't that big of a difference. Why do you keep wanting to avoid the fertile ground of discussion the study provides in favor of stupid gotcha bullshit? Does the fact tha…

First sentence derailment, second sentence ignores the point of contention, and the third sentence is more derailment. Prattling about me being clear beyond me making myself clear is obvious rhetorical grabassing. The thing you said that is risible is that it is reasonable, so referring to you saying that "no amount is good" is irrelevant. Fathers having kids outside their monogamous relationship is irrelevant to women LYING about the parentage of their child. They're two totally different issue…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 08:53 AM

Yeah but this general point has been confirmed by scores of data from swipe behavior on dating apps The problem with this sub is people toss common sense out the window and just niggle over irrelevant bullshit regarding a point. If you have many data sets showing an insane gini coefficient for men doing OLD (with a much more equitable one for women), then the fact that the OKC blog post is just a blog post is irrelevant. it mostly captured the truth
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 08:49 AM
5

Because if you post something that is 80% true and the entire comments derail and choose to focus on the fact that it isn't 100% true, then its just a lot of bad faith. Since no one wanted to actually engage in substantive discussion, deletion would be appropriate.

it's not meta research, dude. it's basic data on female partner counts over many decades. this is what I'm talking about. You don't know anything about the topic, so you're claiming I'm this lone wolf stringing together my own strands when I'm talking about a well observed trend. if you don't have faith in someone else's ability to research then why not research it yourself --- which is my point. Your last point is ridiculous. People who prefer to argue about the trees and refuse to even ponder …

Your second point is essentially my point for this thread. People here, especially those more in the mainstream/against so called "misogynist" facts of life refuse to just generally educate themselves on these topics and so will get pedantic over one particular study or data point while completely ignoring the mountain of research/data supporting the general point being made.

8% seems reasonable? Nearly 1 in 10 couples where the man is completely misled into supporting, raising, and bonding with a child who isn't his own is "reasonable?" Yes, it's true that data isn't always applicable everywhere. What isn't LIKELY true is that peer reviewed research likely can't be generalized, which assumes the researchers and the reviewers were all too stupid to realize that the study was pretty much USELESS :) And it's even less likely to be true is when SEVERAL STUDIES point to a trend. There's really no way to know. This poll taken generally in the UK has about 8% of women unsure about the paternity. So yeah, it's not 30% but.... .....still pretty bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 07:36 AM
4

Yeah but I just looked at the study in question --- the ratio of male: female went from 6:1 to 1.2:1... ....that's fucking huge. Like, it's hilarious how people are so desperate to shoot others down that like...even though there's not technically more psycho women than men, the amount literally increased 500% without any INCREASE in male psychopaths. But sure. Focus on the slight exaggeration. Seems smart.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 07:31 AM

Multiple people derailed and distracted from the C O R R E C T point of the study? That there are many male psychopaths or that there are more than women has never been disputed. So I'm unsure why there being more male psychopaths matters at all. Further, the FLEX comes from the fact that (just spitballing) that current society and social structure is so focused on behavior deemed abnormal with reference to masculine social norms rather than looking at different types of abnormal behavior that m…

Not really. Most of the time an adherent of BAD MISOGYNIST VIEW X will quote from a lone study a percentage that is maybe incorrect if analyzed, but only on an academic level of importance. The general thrust of the point is most often correct. A great example are all the speculations made regarding the so-called cock carousel and whatnot. I've never seen one that was bang-on accurate to the decimal or the particular point made by whatever study...but just looking at GSS data/sexual health data …

They are essentially misrepresenting the data to make the false claim that it isn't applicable so there's no real difference. Further, your picking at the lesbian intimate partner violence stat ignores the rough preponderance of evidence suggesting at minimum parity with heterosexual relationships when female perpretators are considered. They don't distinguish between male perpetrator + female prepretrator and male perpretrator alone. Due to the survey's structure involving PARTNER VIOLENCE, it …

Not really. If party A brings forward evidence, often multiple strands, and person B responds by just saying none of the evidence can generalize and has no counter evidence...they aren't playing it safe. They're being dunderheaded.

Yeah pretty much. If a woman can keep her hands off you for more than a date or two SHE IS NOT THAT PHYSICALLY ATTRACTED TO YOU. PERIOD. THE END.

Nice guy = man they are not attracted to who also is inoffensive Nice guy^tm = man they are not attracted to who is inoffensive and has the gall to want/desire/expect a loving romantic partner fuckboi = attractive man who often is honest about not wanting a relationship player = attractive man who is often dishonest about not wanting a relationship There are no attractive or unattractive male behaviors beyond the realm of shitting your pants, only attractive and unattractive men.

Yes and no. A lot of times people are way too stringent regarding the ability to generalize results to a larger populous based on often chintzy pedantic "reasonings."

There's peer reviewed research showing that it doesn't matter in female dating decisions, that the perception of traits/abilities is the HALO effect, and that first impressions formed based in superficiality are extremely stubborn to change. Google it. It's so replicated that it's pretty much an earth is round point.

I didn't say successful was in first place. I said attractive. And yeah...there is something strange about punching and setting standards far beyond what one offers as a MINIMUM threshold. And yeah that's great about should. What is is what matters. Character simply is irrelevant to women. Even women who think it matters are largely riding on the halo effect

Meh I don't blame women. Whatever it is a woman feels when she's truly attracted to a man must be quite the fucking drug because it elicits truly pathetic behavior. Like...even the hottest woman, sure I want to fuck her, but its strictly business. If anything I trust her less. With women its the complete opposite. I think women are dominated totally by the halo effect.

This is all wrong. For better or mostly worse women are, to a MAN (harhar), not even shallow. And most more or less have mental health issues. Romance is fiction made up by women to paper over their shallowness. Women personally like men who look good + jibe with whatever permutation of weird superstitious prejudices are rattling around in her head that day. However all men struggle when going after their so called looksmatch. Ryan Gosling or not. It's just a fact of life.

women don't want the best for themselves in any real sense. They want what they're told to want and society bears the fallout. If they were seeking out the best for themselves they'd be happier. They are less happy than pre feminism. So...
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 06:36 PM

An answer that isn't stupid. Good job. While the only factor within your control that matters is pretty much your looks, most of the outcome is down to variance. Variance + looks = your dating life.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 06:34 PM
9

Yes. No man on earth goes 10 for 10. All men get rejected. You still get rejected if you dumpster dive, just much less. Again it's not just looks. It's also just randomness and a big part of that is HER. Where she's at in life her mood that day etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 06:32 PM
1

Yes you're suggesting that women do not purposefully withhold sex that instead they just are not aroused at all by their partner. You're wrong. While you're describing a class of sexual abstaining behavior it's not the entire picture.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 06:29 PM

Yeah no your theory of presuming women lack any delayed gratification acumen is incisive in its absurdity.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 06:18 PM

It's not nuanced. And your syllogism is ridiculous because there a ton of examples that completely violate the "women trade up in money" hypergamy trope. But even if it was an iron law it's not about just finding someone who can make enough to escape poverty. Women have standards far beyond that. That isn't common sense. It's delusional entitlement.

Hyoergamy doesn't just and even doesn't mainly refer to money. It refers in these spaces to women HOOKING UP with men significantly better than them and on that score it's mostly in the physical sense. As far as common sense. You literally just listed a bunch of shit that is culturally constructed and then pass it off as common sense. Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 06:04 PM

It's funny how everything men do women have to come make their own version of it. Decentering from men mostly will = remain single while accepting "sharing" a guy who meets "my standards."
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 06:03 PM
-1

This patently false. Women purposefully withhold sex from men all the time. You're treating it like a binary she either wants to or doesn't. Hate to break it to you but every time women fuck they aren't at the "omg dam bursting into panties" threshold. Literally women will task men in relationships and dole out sex as reward/punishment. I've straight up witnessed this in group texts and in second hand from various women I've been with.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 06:01 PM

This stupid line of discussion about nice guys needs to die. Bottom line, being kind to someone is a tried and true literal biological reproductive strategy seen throughout the animal kingdom....signaling high paternal investment.. Women don't say anything but they respond to men being nice. How do I know? Hi, you live in the west where most every social privilege women have comes upon mutual agreement between men to give it to them. Aka being nice

Women can get dick easily Society encourages women to form friendships with one another involving a high degree of emotional closeness. Societal norms generally slant in favor of women with regard to social conduct. So it's a nice fat social subsidy. No I wouldn't. The guys fucking thr 9s and 10s consistently tend to be GL + extraordinary status. But extraordinary status minimum for LTR typically. Any guy trying to date his looksmatch in 2024 is in for a nice helping of juice not worth the squeeze.

Ehhhhh Usually you'd need a large sample size, but the cultural and sexual deck is stacked SO HIGH in favor of women that YEAH pretty much if you a woman are chasing or pursuing a guy and he's giving you the cold shoulder like lol... Yeah men don't want to commit to women THEY CAN EASILY REPLACE.

Yeah those bullshit terms don't mean anything, just like attachment theory is bullshit. Literally they just aren't into you. Why? Because if I'm dating a chick and she's at the level where I could summon a woman like her to fuck quickly....I'm not going to be very "emotionally available." Because she can be replaced so easily

LMFAO NO. INCORRECT. MAJOR LIES HERE.

^ this is probably one of the dumbest lines floated by women. Women assume or assert a man is only after sex when he brings up sex or is sexual before a woman has decided he is allowed to be a sexual being. It's nonsense. Just seems like one or three men have lied to you to get into your pants

That's definitely not you or any other woman's standard. No one's buying that nonsense any more. I'm not sure why women repeat that stuff still. In reality it's likely a lot of superficial nonsense combined with ultimately petty prejudices. I also doubt no man has ever used you for sex.

They kind of are if female dating criteria merely reflect oppressive ideologies, like racism, classism, etc. Which, by and large, they do. Usually when people refuse to associate with people based off culturally ingrained prejudice (where most female preferences come from -- men too, but most men aren't choosing) in any other life arena, we acknowledge that those who suffer from the alienation are victims.

There's literally a graph disconfirming this "argument." IIRC on tinder circa 8 years ago (so it's gotten worse) a man around the 80th percentile of attractiveness had a good chance of matching with women......in the 20th percentile. That means literally women refusing a man likely means he either is her equal or better, just not better enough 😀

Lol why would OP want the starfuckers?

Why are people here so immune to basic statistical thinking?

Lol a handsome man does not have infinite options. It comes down to effort. If you're a male 9 then guess what? Snagging that female 9 will be a pain in the ass/involve effort. So a lot of GL guys do and I do too just pick a chick who's a bit below you and it's a much easier relationship.

Except attachment style stuff is mostly BS Literally a study showed that parental time away from child: the lynchpin of the whole theory, had 0 correlation with attachment style.

This is a good sign. The issues that men have been complaining about for decades have now reached a tipping point which is why we're seeing some pretty serious clamping down.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 08:10 AM

I find women attractive and nearly am at the point where I won't date one lol

If you're a guy you have 2 options to not play fair. Money is fair. That's a clear quid pro quo. You can lie or you can eh....commit certain crimes. Lying isn't particularly effective unless she's attracted to you so....

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
