if you maintain your internal frame against the twinge of anxiety (as opposed to being silent but steaming inside) you pass 90% of shittests, intellectually basic frame is on a 4 year olds understanding level. to be honest there is no magic line , its exponential aging all the way to the grave starting at about 16 for them and sometimes before if they lead bad lifestyles(and its a problem we need to work on rather than rationalize off cause we have a gun to our heads literally) though yeah women have 2-3 cliffs depending how you look at it where they appear to age unusually fast transforming in a year or so at least to our male eyes.
