I’ve certainly considered that but I don’t have any feelings for my old relationship, and I don’t really feel anxious when I’m trying to have sex, just complete disinterest really. I used to be able to start escalating and get lost in the moment and enjoy it, now a girl can actively be trying to have sex with me and my mind is completely elsewhere. I am not a red piller by any means, I found out about all of this a few months ago and I just lurk. But even before finding all of this I had inadvertently followed a lot of the TRP guidelines without trying to, and I'm currently in a year long healthy relationship. Maybe if I did everything by the TRP book it would be harder, but it's definitely a TRP style relationship and it works
