I agree wholeheartedly, sugar is twice harmful to men and women just like to feed it to everyone. Sugar is so cheap and easily accessible that it becomes harder and harder to get away from it.

ozn will take part in this challenge! DAILY CHECK-IN #1: Day 1: I got about 8 hours of sleep. I went to bed around 2 am and woke up around 10 am. this is good for me because i have been going on sleeping around 4-5 am everyday

That thread hits home. I can not relate enough to you, I was a mommy's boy until my 20's, had very little intimacy with my father. He was a rock. a very rational man. would help everyone around the town. my mother saw that as idiocy. but these helps would return favourably. to me, to my brother, to my mother. even though she thought they came out of nowhere. he was a fully responsible man, even when I was a little boy, I could see that. but, he got soften up over the years. With all the diseases…
