Best not to initiate with a woman you cannot easily distance yourself from if things go south, not to mention unwanted headaches that can arise from her boyfriend. This is a similar situation to messing with a woman you work with. tldr; Don't shit where you eat.

If you're being tested that often, chances are she has doubts about your value in other areas besides just the bedroom.

Internalize TRP vocabulary, but don't make it an element of your everyday lexicon. The uninitiated will be either confused or repulsed by it, and you still need to interact with a mainly plugged in public on a day to day basis.

Ah, my mistake. My sarcasm meter needs recalibrated. I suppose my larger point is that a child raised with consistency will tend to emulate the values of his parents. This is especially true of father and son relationships. Of course some rebellion is healthy, but a total 180 is not.

Do you think it might serve more than one purpose? In either case, the suggestion that a child raised with red pill values will rebel and become blue pill is silly.

Youthful rebellion is a child's version of a shit test. You as a parent set boundaries, and your child tests them to see if they're real or if you're just a paper tiger. The child in this case would only turn out blue pill if you consistently gave in. But if you do that, you're probably blue pill yourself.

Have you considered psychological or physiological causes for these issues? His apparent lack of interest, even when you initiate, could be depression related, or possibly caused by a testosterone deficiency. This is purely speculative of course, not knowing any specifics about him (age, overall physical and mental health, etc.). The other possibility, however remote, is that he could be getting his needs met elsewhere. Did he see anyone while you were on a break? Not trying to alarm you, just s…

Did I say she was blameless? Dad and step dad chose, too. Stop making a assumptions about my intent so you can spout buzzwords.

He doesn't seem to be receiving any of the blame. Apparently, it's all mom's fault, despite the fact that dad was a deadbeat and step dad was an abusive prick.

I believe you misread my comment.

With the proper level of involvement, it's difficult for a parent to miss significant changes in their child. It also goes without saying that you should pay close attention to who they spend time with as well.

This type of mindset doesn't occur overnight. Instill a proper sense of self worth in children, i.e. although you love them unconditionally there is always room for improvement, and thinking like this won't occur later in life. As for this particular child, relay your concerns, respectfully, to her parents if you haven't already. If your advice falls on deaf ears with them, at least you've made a good faith effort to help.

True, ultimately a well trained Pomeranian is more of an asset than an out of control husky, but that initial impression is important. On a side note, sorry to hear about your friend's dog. They're an amazing breed, for those willing to put in the effort to train them.

Girls will approach you in the summer if you're walking a Siberian husky as well. A strong, active breed says one thing about you, while a yippy lap dog says another.

Ah yes, I gathered that. My point was that, while those feelings are somewhat understandable, they are nonetheless based on fallacious reasoning. And to base one's hiring practices on them is at least unethical, if not illegal in most places.

It would appear I have. Would you mind elaborating a bit?

No, what would make me think twice is actual concerning information about the specific person, e.g. criminal record, rather than a statistic about their gender.

It was not my intent to imply that. I merely meant to point out the fallacy in assuming any given woman will abuse a child based on studies with a skewed sample size. That's called arguing from the general to the specific.

Assuming correlation equals causation is a fallacy, yes. There is a higher incidence of abuse and neglect from women because they tend to be primary caregivers more than men. Assuming that either gender is more dangerous to children is sexist.

This describes my last ex to a fucking T. Thankfully, my wife fits none, but Jesus Christ, was I a pathetic chunk in the past.

Alright, I'll go against the grain here. Do not engage any further. I'll assume, given your recent success, you have other options. I can't imagine any being less viable than this. True, this seems like an easy lay, but you don't go digging through the garbage after you've dragged it to the curb. You get dirty, everyone sees you doing it, and you'll realize, at some point, why you threw it away in the first place.

As you know, raising children is incredibly difficult. If your partner is not one hundred percent behind you, you're better off going it alone.

I believe the "strong woman" comment was more a jab at the way the author is patting herself on the back for writing this garbage, not necessarily the comments. Nonetheless, you're right about that perspective being easy red meat for those who would criticize this community. On the other hand, who gives a shit what those people think anyway?
