2	you're not a nice guy. I read somewhere (maybe on Reddit itself) that women want a good guy not nice guy. Nice guy is just pretending to be one for the reasons OP posted. I have found men of Indian origin have no problems but men like me who are from India maybe due to accent/cultural differences do face problems.
