I was in Edinburgh for a month. I'd say ethnicity isn't abrasive, it's only if your American, haha. Friends got kicked out of a bar because they were American. I just said I was from Korea :D

I went on a cruise this spring break with carnival. Go to the club they have on board at night. Went EVERY night. Open up to the girls on the dance floor. If you sing go to the karaoke events. My friend and I always sang together and told the audience we will see them same time and place tomorrow. Obviously you have to be good. Within two or three days groups of people always asked us when the next time we were going to perform. Which we did every night. Get to know the cruise event coordinators…
