Step one: put your phone away. Step two: make eye contact with guys you find attractive, and say hi/smile if they look back. Don't force this.

Well here's the thing... it's possible he just had a lower sex drive than you. I've had times in the past where stress completely killed my sex drive: if usually after 2 days I turn into a caveman, that time got increased to 5-6 instead, and I definitely felt the pressure from my SO at the time. I don't think you were being unfeminine, but what if you try this approach in the future: you know what the man likes, wear that around the house on purpose. We're visual creatures. While kissing may not…

I'm just going to address the cheating part here. You have to figure out what you want. If your goal is LTR, then your actions must reflect that in everything that you do. If you aren't going to be satisfied with one woman, then spin plates instead. But you have to decide, don't just spin plates because TRP says so, and don't just LTR because X and Y says so. Pick one, and act accordingly. What happens if you don't? I believe the universe/karma/whatever you want to call it always has a way of ca…

She's wife material Wife material? BRO! You're talking about a person who, when things are tough, runs away on another man's cock. If she's unhappy, she quits, goes to therapists, talks to friends, everything but discuss the issue with the one person she should be bringing it up to: YOU. I literally just dated someone like that. People like this... when they are unhappy, they aren't going to communicate clearly, sit you down, and say hey babe, I really need your help with this. They'll just chea…

I agree completely, it takes some time for the reality to sink in about the true character of the person. But when it does, a huge feeling of relief takes over. You stop thinking "what could have been." Instead, you think "trainwreck avoided."

There is an amazing book you should read. It's called Outwitting The Devil by Napoleon Hill. How I deal with adversity? I've seen enough to know that it never stops. I just accept it as the default state of life. I've also seen enough to know that the next good thing is right around the corner. There's an old saying: when one door closes, another one opens. I've found that to be very true. Once you see it a couple of times, you become able to relax and let the universe take care of things, bring…

It has nothing to do with the red pill. It has to do with how men think rationally, how we evaluate risks when it comes to introducing a girl to our family. I'm not talking about betas here, who will stick around in the friendzone without any sexual interaction for months at a time. That's not the kind of "man" OP wants, at least I don't think so. A guy will be sure before introducing her to his family. Part of the vetting involves sex. A big part. Bottom line is, this is not going to work. Comm…

And with how many girls are you gonna do this? A different one each week? Men have a vetting process too. Introducing to parents comes after we are certain of a girl, and sex is a big part of that. I don't think this part of the advice is gonna work well for the majority of men she is targeting. We need to have some chemistry otherwise we get bored and move on.
/r/RedPillWomen03/08/17 03:47 AM

I see what you mean by courtship, but no guy in his right mind is going to introduce a girl to his family if there isn't any kind of commitment, sex, all that.

Why don't you find a partner to go with? I see plenty of gals go with their female friends. I think it takes away from the anxiety. Or start easy, just treadmill incline walks at first, then dabble into other equipment on days it's less busy. That's how I tried new machinery.

Having dated a number of women... what that did for me is make me really good at weeding out the ones I don't want. I'm at a point where I'd rather pass on the sex if my gut instinct tells me this one isn't for me. Could be anything from a personality red flag (does she have a lot of opposing view points and emanates a sense of pride when voicing them over mine?), any mention of drinking/parties... I just pass at that point. So in that sense I am more likely to be a committed partner, because on…

Take time off, start with very low weight and build your strength back up. I personally gave up deadlifts because of lower back problems, but you can still train back/legs. Squats and high rep romanian deadlifts (or stiff legged deadlifts) can work. Just keep the weight low on the deadlifts. If this isn't some chronic issue like it is for me, you can always try sumo deadlifts to see if it's easier on your back.

If the man is doing everything right, it shouldn't take him more than a month to get the woman comfortable enough with him to have sex. And during that time, of course there needs to be some heavy petting, making out, touching, maybe oral. The idea is, it's important for a man to feel like he is progressing. This is the key. If he meets a wall every time, and the woman is not opening up to him more and more each time, he will quit. I'd stick around for anything between 1-2 months if this criteri…

That might be too small for your height, depending on your frame. I've been with a woman that was 5'0 at 100 lbs... she barely had anything to grab on to. Not fun.

I just don't feel as relaxed and flirtatious in a coffee house at 3pm I don't blame you. I'd like to work on what I can do to improve the outcome. You could suggest a coffee place that's close to a park, where the two of you can go for a walk or something. Personally I start all my dates at some coffee place close to campus, but within 10-15 minutes we're out exploring the campus, and playing pool at the student center. Or shuffleboard which I am horrible at so it's a lot of fun lol. Of course, …

It's very possible the lack of a spark is the reason. The woman I'm dating now is constantly in awe at how she was able to sleep with me so quickly, and be comfortable. The issue with your approach is... a high value man is not going to allow himself to be friendzoned, and in essence "friends first" is exactly that - the friendzone. It's boring for us guys to go on a friend date, and have zero intimacy because of rules. You have to find a balance between your absolute comfort and giving him enou…

Do you think being bashful and avoidant of physical intimacy and requiring a long(er) time to feel comfortable with the idea of being intimate with a guy is a negative thing? No. It's a great way to filter men. Those who are interested solely in hooking up are going to run away from you. GOOD! Those who are interested in more are going to stick around, and put in the work it takes to open you up and get you comfortable. What is going to hinder you is this: I had to get to know him sort of as a f…

so finding an LTR that will lead to marriage at this point forward is going to be very difficult Why? like the other poster said, if you know you are going to move, take this time to focus on building yourself and increasing your SMV and RMV. SMV increase can happen by becoming fit if you aren't already, working on your appearance. RMV increases when you learn new skills (cooking, etc), and get rid of behaviours that will deter a man from committing to you (bars/clubs/party stuff). Continue to l…

I won't take his hand and hold it or randomly hug him. This can definitely come across as lack of interest. Nothing feels better than walking on the street with a woman, and she grabs my hand. It's awesome. Just do it. It will take some time for it to feel natural, but with effort that can change. He doesn't know that I become more affectionate as time goes on, but maybe I should tell him next time I see him? This is a good idea. Be the guy that fucks. Happens man. The chick I'm seeing right now... she left her fiance, calls me the same day, and we bang. And a week later she tells me how I'm the most amazing man. I don't think she shed a tear for her ex. This is completely normal if a woman meets an alpha after a beta (flowers... come on man, I can't remember the last time I got flowers for a woman, must have been 2 years now). Philosophy... it's too logical and kills all the chemistry. When I am on dates and the woman brings up these type of subjects, I quickly steer the conversation to a different direction. Dating is about feeling. Yes, it's important to gauge if your partner has similar values, but that shouldn't be the main theme. You throw a question here and there, and you assess, then go back to having fun.

"You know I enjoy hearing about YOU, not her!" This is great advice. I'm not interested in hearing about her, that's in the past, I want us to focus on us.

You can tell a lot about a person based on how they talk about their exes. Think about it, one day you're going to be the ex he talks about. I've been hurt in the past, but I'm not going to focus on that because I've already healed and moved on. I take the positives from my past, and even the negatives.. they only made me stronger. That's what you want. I really don't think this is Captain material but it's your gamble, you can choose to stick around and see what happens. But it's going to be ve…

I agree, it's better for her to invite him to a more neutral place, lunch perhaps. Movie at home is certainly not the way to go for her. I mean, it'll work in this case, the guy certainly doesn't sound like a player, but in general it's a bad way to go.

It's a general rule of RPW not to sleep with a guy before commitment. I've never been a proponent of this rule because in real life the majority of relationships start out with the woman being a plate (unless we're talking about a beta male who falls in love after the first date). Read the post The Final Exam by /u/Whisper to understand what I'm saying, but it basically goes like this.. Guy plays the field, meets gal, she starts taking up more and more of his time, suddenly he realizes wtf I don…

Reminds me of a date I went on last week. Chick was hot, but there was nothing there. It's like she was wearing some sort of suit, with nothing on the inside. The embodiment of a sphinx without a secret. Couldn't hold a conversation to save her life. I was so turned off by this air of superiority she was giving (her suit), usually I try harder but this time I purposely let the silence hit unprecedentedly heavy proportions. a lot of talk on TRP about women not being interesting What we are referring to there is when we're on a date with a gal, and ask her what she does for fun. The typical response is Oh I went out last night blablalba got drunk blalbalblalba to the malllll. I'd much rather hear a girl say she enjoys knitting/cooking/reading/drawing etc. Some kind of actual hobby. One or two is more than enough, you don't need to become DaVinci. The good news is that you don't have to be all that interesting while on a date. And there is such a thing as being TOO interesting, i.e a know it all. You could talk about how you are working on making a new scarf, etc. The key is to stroke a guy's ego, so really you're laughing at his stupid jokes, living in the moment, etc. Ask him about himself.

Dump her. Don't waste your time/energy on ONE woman, especially if she treats you this way. Believe me, I tried this in the past. Didn't work. You can't change her, she has to want to become better. I also wouldn't want to give the wrong impression or seem like a tease if I come over to his house and then don't want to have sex Of course not. So one way to get around this is to say you'd prefer to take things slow before the date (like on your first date, which should definitely NOT be at his place - that would be a wrong first impression lol).

This is not a stupid question at all. Many young women struggle with this. First I want to clarify some things. I am assuming you want a desirable man, not just a Beta that will commit to you quickly because you want a relationship and are afraid to fight for the commitment of a high SMV man. I'm so tired of becoming interested in a guy and going out with him, only to find out that he's not interested in a serious relationship and essentially just wants to hook up You need to start looking at th…

You are going into philosophy, but I like to base my arguments on experience and reality. Also, you're coming across as very masculine and robot-like in your reply, it makes me wonder what you're like with your SO if you communicate this way with a stranger. This is RPW after all, and I strongly believe the way you do anything is the way you do everything. Practice femininity in everything you do. Just something to think about. All of the replies that were entertaining a low N count and High SMV combination were nonsensical fantasies that are not based on reality. This woman gets it. Pure red pill right here: they are inexperienced and easily taken advantage of, to me, versus a high count shows that he can have anyone he wants, knows what he likes, and how to get it

Do you think men care about this stuff? We don't. If you are a feminine, nurturing, submissive, loving partner, you're GTG. Why? Because this adds a lot of value to a man's life. Think about it this way: chores suck. They take up a lot of my time, which is less time I get to spend on my hobbies, research, fitness, etc. It's really annoying when I can't get as much stuff done during the day as I'd like to. And thinking about my past relationships, the things I appreciated the most were when my fo…

Must've missed that part, that sounds like a psychopath. I am in no way saying she should stay with this guy, and she should certainly nor be encouraging this kind of nonsense by suggesting Muslim women or anything the kind. But it is a delicate situation. He is certainly not a good role model for the child, but she has to be careful how she plays her cards.

There is a benefit which I think both RP men and women enjoy. We encourage developing interesting hobbies, and those hobbies turn out to be much more fulfilling than what your average person does with their free time. It results in an increase in happiness. Similarly, the self-awareness that RP men/women cultivate is going to ultimately lead to a happier life, both inside/outside a relationship.

Yep, the more beta moves I introduce with the average chick, the more they flake. Of course, the rare higher quality woman (former LTRs) appreciates it and eats it up. It's become a game of numbers for me. It's always a numbers game. But we have the advantage - we generate our numbers. Women don't. They have to sit around and a month may pass by without anyone approaching them. Current plate confirms this and thinks it's unfair that I can approach women whenever I feel like it.

Tinder .. don't even get me started. I completely eradicated my online dating accounts because of this very dynamic you describe. I am much better at day game, I'll get the number of any girl who's single, which so far is like a 50% success rate, so half the approaches yield a number. I would argue that sigmas make better LTR partners simply because of the differences from alpha (makes them more focused and devoted), but that might just be my own bias as a "sigma male."
/r/RedPillWomen22/08/16 01:54 AM

A good way to think about a sigma male is this: very alpha qualities, but the idea of being the leader of the group doesn't interest him. Smaller groups, maybe. Or temporarily taking charge while the alpha is away. But is naturally more introverted, so this drains his energy quickly.

Either he was genuinely not interested in a relationship, the gal saw that and reacted that way so she doesn't look like a dumbass, OR he wanted a relationship but was being inauthentic. Either way, outcome is the same. Otherwise she would have hooked up later, if she was truly seeking FWB as she claimed lol. I want to clarify, there's nothing wrong with being the detached alpha, if that's who the man is at his very core, and if commitment truly doesn't interest hi…

Because AWALT, and if you aren't a strong dominant leader in your relationships, guess what - all the horror stories you read on here will happen. You're a virgin? It's time for you to get rid of this blue pill conditioning that sex should only happen within marriage. That part of the Bible was meant for women. You are a man. Start getting experienced. And …

Fill up the time you aren't spending with him with something you really like doing. If you don't have anything, it's a great time to learn something new! BTW realize this is completely normal in relationships. After the honeymoon period, people begin to crave their old interests/hobbies/friends. And what you are doing is also normal, this desire to want MORE time with him. It means things are going well (as long as he isn't blowing you off and is actually spending time with you). It's easy if you're ok with eating the same foods every day. You count calories for maybe a week, then keep eating the same stuff. Works for me - I haven't counted calories in ages, nor has my weight changes at all for the last 6 months. But I still eat the same stuff I ate 6 months ago, with some substitutes here and there.

it is for the girls who are the equivalent of the guy who can only get a girl to sleep with him if he pays her It's not quite the same. people who get married in their early 20s are far more likely to end up divorced Think about the representative early 20s person. Why do they get married? Love. Time to switch to cyclical keto diet. Carb load one meal a week. The rest protein and fat with as little carb as possible. Time to embrace hunger. Do not eat before noon. And do not eat anything past 8 pm. You will consume all your calories in an 8 hour window. Time to download myfitnesspal. And get an electronic scale to weigh things you are going to cook for yourself. Get used to eating the same thing every day, otherwise you must recalculate new foods you introduce which is annoying. I was wondering what was the cause of it, and I concluded that it might me an instinct to lower your partner's SMV so that he'd have no options and you could keep him around It's simpler than that. It's herd mentality combined with this becoming socially acceptable (you see this sort of thing in movies all the time), as well as a lack of respect for their man. I don't have much of an idea of how to overcome it Would you talk this way about your father?

This has such a powerful effect. Why? Because actions always speak louder than words. Silence does exactly that. Why waste energy arguing and trying to "communicate your feelings" when you can achieve the same exact thing by saying nothing and removing yourself from the situation. Excellently handled. There is no point in having a conversation with a woman who is angry. A couple of weeks ago my girl got a bit snappy, I forget about what, and I just told her we'll talk after you take some time to calm down, then refused to engage. I never care about my actual bf percentage, I just track changes. So calipers work for me. They say I'm at like 8%, far from it, more like 12-13% from pictures. This is exactly what happens when women buy into the feminist bullshit that has them ignore their biology, and gets them thinking everything about gender is a "social construct." The result is a cascade effect that goes like this: Woman becomes unhappy with her man (really she should be unhappy with herself, it's her bitchy dominant behaviour that's ruining everything) Woman cheats on man (and blames the man for it) Divorce ensues (it was the man's fault) Children are caught in the middle, and d…

Good list. Some of these only work on betas though. A truly high SMV male has options, and would walk away from anything like: ultimatums, guilt, peer pressure, shaming. Nuclear may or may not work with a high SMV male. My point is, to truly lock down a high SMV male where he actually WANTS to be there, incentives is the only real one. RedPillWomen has plenty of examples on how a woman can do that - their goal is to make themselves LTR-worthy.

Only SJW are mad at double standards. They are afraid to set high standards for themselves. So they see a story like this, and get upset thinking its unfair or something. Double standards arise from the differences between men and women. Personally I embrace them.

You act like yourself. I know that sounds dumb, but the idea of TRP is not to emulate some alpha male behaviour. It is to become an alpha male yourself, and that takes time. The closer you get to that goal, the more comfortable you become in your own shoes, you stop doing things to please people, you stop reacting to pleasee others, you BECOME aloof and cool while at the same time preserving your personality, in other words all your beta behaviours will cease. Incredibly valuable post OP. Since unplugging, I have done some of the things you mention here, sleeping with 15+ women is a game changer. I gotta say it did incredible things to developing abundance mentality in me. When before I'd bend over backwards to keep a bitch in my life, nowadays I drop bitches for often trivial reasons just because I get annoyed by it. So what if I have to rub one out 1-2 weeks till I meet the next chick to bang. I know it's only a matter off (usually short) time until…

You don't have to MGTOW. Just spin 2-4 plates, which will prevent you from becoming overly invested into just one woman, to the point where her leaving is going to tear you apart. With multiple women in your life, if one leaves, you have something to fall back on. You can still enjoy the emotional connection with each one, so the issue of loneliness is taken care of.

I think there's more to this than you just offering the commitment. It's okay the give up commitment to a woman who earned it, but at the same time you must always be willing to walk away even if you're in a LTR if things don't go your way and you are unsatisfied (i.e your needs aren't met). I bet your behaviour changed after you dumped the other plate. You became much more invested, and she smelled that on you. I guarantee that you would have dumped her ass on the spot if she started making dem…

There is a small period in the beginning where a natural can gain muscle and burn fat at the same time. Happens during the "noob gains" window, similar to a steroid user. Doesn't last long, but it's possible, assuming healthy T levels.

I weighted 100kg some time ago, now I'm 77kg (170 lbs). First, forget about dumbbells, go to craigslist and get yourself a used power rack. Or just buy a new one if you can afford it. Then olympic bar + weights, and a flat (or incline even better) bench. Start keeping track of what you eat using MyFitnessPal. Weight everything you put in your mouth, count calories. Whatever you're eating, reduce it by like 20% as you lift. This is what helps you lose weight. If you want to accelerate the fat los…

They don't get it. Personally an overeducated woman is such a turn off. They always wave it around like their degree is supposed to be some sort of dick. So it's not even about hypergamy, and them having unrealistic standards. I can easily meet their standards, but I don't want THEM.

Women go completely berserk when you don't react. It's hard to stay stoic especially in the beginning (hell I still struggle with this all the time), but damn they freak the fuck out. Doesn't he care about me? Doesn't he love me? It's fun as hell to watch the hamster do all the heavy lifting for you. Her behaviour usually adjust accordingly. If it doesn't, who cares? Next.

I don't really see retaliation as a form of mate guarding, but you're right. LTR worthy girls would never pull this shit in the first place. If they are in a LTR with you, they should know how easy it is to lose you just by the work they had to put in to get you in the first place.

A woman’s definition of good and bad bear little logical merit, for a woman rather be told pretty lies that charm her than be saved from colossal error that rouses ill-feeling. In fact, chances are if you give women wisdom that will save them, should it happen to feel bad they will ignore it, hate you for eliciting negative feeling, and defy you in the hasty deduction you’re an enemy. This is disturbingly accurate. My experience with past LTRs and plates backs this up entirely. Every single time…

Oneitis is when a man loses all respect for himself, abandons his boundaries, friends, and drops his goals in the blink of an eye because a woman asks him to. He becomes dependent on her for happiness. Everything else is just being in love. You can love a woman very deeply and still respect yourself enough that you can walk away from a situation that is no longer healthy or beneficial to you. Sure it might hurt, but you can do it. every insult is really a compliment in disguise This is rather profound. There is some real wisdom to be learned from here, especially for less experienced guys, for I see too many guys wasting time and being in relationships that just aren't healthy for them. Do not consider women's views or opinions in terms of consistency. Think of them in terms of power. This is incredibly true, and I learned this lesson just recently with a 29 YO wall hitting plate. Things started out great, then slowly started making excuses why she can't have sex, pushing against boundaries with tears and tantrums, to the point where I actually started to think I was in the wrong. I am still in a position to give, to sacrifice, to leave things on an amicable tone, to wish them the best. And they see that as an opportunity to take more shots at me. It's not even that it might hurt her feelings. It's that she's going to react like a psycho if told the truth, and start calling people misogynists and shit like that, or worse get somebody fired. I'm loving this. All these extravangant field reports... It's just not that pretty out there in the field. I used to think RP would turn me into a pussy magician. But this is a very accurate representation of what it's like, and the amount of work it takes.

Jees man, sounds exactly like my parents (mom and stepdad). I sucked it up, kept my head low to avoid conflict until I finished my undergrad, then was out of there in less then a month once I graduated with a good paying job. But I gotta tell you, the years I spent there were incredibly damaging to me psychologically. Do whatever you must to become financially independent, and move out.

Damn right. I used to feel sorry for myself for not getting any punani in high school like everyone else. But like you, I've seen the couples that got married early. Usually the wife is fat, and guy has a miserable soulless look on his face. Now I see it as a blessing. I am probably better looking and in better shape than 90% of those former superstars, got a bright future ahead of me, and female attention is at an all time high.

Back in LTR territory fellas. Forgot how hard this shit is. Spinning plates is nothing compared to holding frame in a relationship. I can feel it slipping away. Gotta stay strong. Been much calmer than in the past, but still not where I want to be. I'm still acting like a little bitch sometimes.

One thing about approaching..... If you do it enough, it is possible to tell if the woman is receptive or not. She makes eye contact and smiles? Might mean nothing, but it's a pretty good bet that she wants you to talk to her. I got to the point where I no longer approached just anyone (there's lessons to learn from that too, but after a while it becomes counterproductive). I'd just go about my day and if I saw any such signals, I'd approach. Got some good successes like that.

The mistake you made is being focused on a relationship. It should always be a woman's job to lock a man down, not the other way around. Why would you want to lock a woman down anyways? You're spinning plates, getting all the sex you want, etc. Even if you meet a unicorn, the thought of being locked down should make you shudder - you should be acting like she's radioactive or something. Of course, this only happens once you develop the correct mindset and have your inner game tight. And guess wh…

Others can no longer manipulate me with their feelings and emotions, trying to get me to agree to something which doesn't really benefit me. Being able to look deep down and recognize when this happens is one of the greatest leaps I took in my developmental journey.

If you're afraid of appearing distant, initiate the texting once in a while. Tell her stuff like babe I had a good time last night, you left me completely dry or you can leave that last part out. You are right, it's important to gauge a woman's interest level. If she's highly interested, you can actually bend the rules and throw in some comfort early on, and she's going to eat it up. I actually operate this way, it's way more exciting and fun for me to be able to connect with women rather than just fuck them. It's all about the context and how late in the relationship you are. Women want to receive you. So if you travel for a long time then it's a good idea to do things like video chat. Hell when I was long distance with my ex (I know......) we would often skype and get off in that way.

Do whatever you think is hilarious. I think this is the key. Bad grammar and good grammar both can be seen as try hard. But not caring about any of that is what subcommunicates that you are not attached to the outcome. Women pick up on this shit. This way of texting works for me, as I am very informal in person too. Haikus work for you because that's a direct expression of your personality.

High quality women are still women. They respond to the same stuff the rest do. Remember, AWALT. A poorly written text message is NOT going to make her talk to you less. This has been my experience as well. OP knows what he's talking about. you'll get bored by all the boring little stories that come out of their little talking heads and and that's when you'll start fucking around and stop giving a shit LOL I was on a date yesterday, just walking around with a gal. She was talking about something and I just completely zoned out staring nature and the pretty colours. I like to create sexual tension over the course of multiple hours, I like to make women fall in love with me. And this way she sees how awesome a relationship with you can be We have identical styles. Great post, I find it much more natural to take a woman to places I'm familiar with, doing activities I enjoy.

Wrong. That's the second she becomes obsessed and consumed with getting you to commit. Of course the breakup is inevitable but this stage can be prolonged for quite a bit if u know the Game. Eventually though she's gonna move on. It's just like when a man tries to sleep with a woman. She gives him a little bit. Maybe a handjob. Maybe a blowjob. But if she holds out on the pussy for too long, he's gonna leave.

The thing to get from this is that I am a male unicorn. Not only am I in shape because I've been lifting religiously, but I'm smart as fuck and fuck like an animal. I got it all baby. Also, women are dumb. Once you learn how to Play the Game, you can get as much pussy as u want.

It's an unfamiliar feeling NOT being the overly invested one I almost feel wrong not being overly invested. Almost. It's really a great place to be. It puts you in a position of power in the relationship, which actually enables you to GIVE to the woman and make her life better (OmLaLa's recent post talks about this). It maximizes your happiness, and hers.

I'm in the sleeping with loads of girls phase, but I can tell the change you're talking about is happening. It's this faint "I can see the next level" feeling. Funny thing is, it's the FAILURES that are triggering this in me. It stings for a bit, then it's replaced with a feeling of serenity and peace. And each failure becomes less a…

approaching women is a beta characteristic Betas don't have the balls. Most women I approached and closed told me at some point they were impressed that I just walked up and introduced myself, saying guys just don't do that anymore. By approaching you already set yourself apart from 90% of guys out there. Bonus points if you don't use stupid ass pickup lines, and have a authentic genuine approach that is reflective of your personality.

What does fuckboy even mean? In my mind the woman saying "fuckboy" is using it as a shorter phrase for "I'm a stupid cunt" - thus revealing her true character to me.

I usually get resistance at this step. I squash it with honesty. If we're gonna head over to my place, prepare something, and kiss passionately while the food cooks, what else did you think I meant? or something similar. she was playing you as much as you were playing her Girls are ALWAYS playing you. Rarely will you come across one who doesn't. And to be honest, they are better at playing the game than many of us here. Think about it - they get bombarded every day by thirsty dudes. The only way to win that kind of game is not to play, which is what OP is basically suggesting. Complete disengagement, let her walk into your frame instead.

I connect physically through touch not words, so I initiate myself and gauge her response. Words are the lubricant for me. Most women aren't worth committing to. When I come across one that is, she sticks out like a sore thumb. When she proves loyal, submissive, giving, loving, and fulfills your every need, there's no need for others. You'll commit. What I am talking aboout in my previous comment is plate-material women. Just because they're not LTR material, it doesn't mean you can't enjoy the same level of intimacy with them. You just can't rely on a single one.

Here's what I think is really happening. Most guys completely fall apart during the honeymoon period, and once the feeling of love/infatuation takes over, they stop being the attractive tingle-inducing beasts they are in the beginning. It's not that women have a Coolige effect like we do. Thanks man. Yea I think it's about time I give back to the sub, I've been on here for 2+ years now lol. It sucks that winter's coming and day game during winter sucks because I can't do my standard "join me for a walk" routine when it's 0 degrees out.

i respected what women said so i didn't push it HAHA I used to do that shit. In retrospect, I lost so many lays because of this. There's this one chick that had an AMAZING ass a few years ago. She was naked on my bed, said it's "too soon," and I didn't push the envelope because I was a sucker.... I realized my mistake when she didn't reply to my texts the next day. That one stung a LOT.... I would've loved to fuck the shit out of her.

That was definitely a result of the hamster. I made no comment about it at the time. It was funny because every time I'd break through some barrier, I could see the hamster working and she'd stop to think and rationalize why it's OK to do this thing she's about a to do with a man she only met a couple of hours before.

Give the difficulty it took to penetrate, she was definitely a virgin. I could barely put my finger in there, let alone my cock. Unless she had really good control over her vaginal muscles and was able to hold contractions indefinitely, which is very unlikely.

Emma wasn't too bothered about it. No remorse about losing her virginity to some stranger. My BP mind was severely confused It's a total mindfuck isn't it? Emma must be natural slut not to think like this about her virginity I think this is it. Plus a lot of it has to do with her upbringing. Women who are taught today's American Values and are still virgins at 18-22... that's by pure accident. It's not because they're waiting for Mr. Right to settle down with. If I'm being brutal, women and therefore relationships with them mean so little to me now. As in I really do not need that emotional attachment to them at all because deep down I know it's completely fake and only a means to an end for her. Ain't that the truth. Anyone who thinks relationships with women have any sort of substance is a fool and is setting himself up for some big time heartache.. Let's not forget about virgins who take it up the ass. do pedestalize virgins Guilty. This whole experience was definitely a reality check for me. I used to think virgin meant LTR worthy. Clearly I was wrong. Virginity is merely one of many markers that she might possibly make a half-decent long-term partner. But it only makes sense in the context of all other behaviours/traits she exhibits. By itself I realize now virginity is like a craigslist car ad without a picture.

women are a chore, and I am not doing the work required to get with any particular one This is a very interesting and highly accurate post. The solution is removing family court as a concept This will never happen. Can you imagine the outrage? You'll be just fine finding a relationship, but you won't be able to secure a high value male. It's just the harsh truth. Asinine or not, in your own words you used tinder exclusively for hookups and your SO started out as a plate. Sure it worked great in your case, but that's an exception to the rule. Next thing you know, you'll be telling OP to have sex with someone before commitment because that way she'll show the guy how submissive she can he in bed. Or to meet guys in bars because your aunt Sally found the perfect husband that way. This is not what we teach here, so enough of this stupid bullshit. The best th…

This is not RPW advice. Next we'll have people saying how they met their SO at a bar/frat party, so OP should start hanging out in those arenas to find a man. The issue is not finding the man: all men like sex, even more so an alpha Captain, so naturally he might be looking for some action on Tinder. The problem is how that man is going to see you when he meets you in those places. Just because you wouldn't LTR a woman you met on tinder, doesn't mean other men would do the same. Spend some time …

Seeking attention from men is not exactly the kind of stuff you should be doing if you're bored. I wouldn't LTR a woman I met on Tinder. Just because it worked in your case, it doesn't mean OP should follow this advice and brand herself.

As soon as he brings up the fact that it bothers him. The longer you wait and pussy foot around, the less trust he is going to have, and down the road you'll be left wondering why he never trusted you. So when he brings it up, you gotta choose: him or the hobby.

I don't think I would just drop my friends and hobbies for a guy who might break up with me later a few years from now Mentality creates reality. If you go into it with a fearful mindset, exactly what you fear is going to happen because you won't be fully committed to the relationship. You will act in a way that eventually leads to exactly the fears you have (breakup, etc). I've seen this happen firsthand in my last relationship. Why do you need to drop hobbies? As far as friends goes, the only …

Absolutely. There is zero guarantee that a man will commit if a woman allows herself to be a plate. I did commit in the past, but I'm the exception, not the rule. The reality is if a woman allows this to happen and is seemingly ok with it (at least on the outside), most guys would be perfectly ok continuing to see other women while having a main plate that dedicates herself to him. It's the perfect setup for him; as men we absolutely enjoy the chase and experiencing new women, I won't get into d…

TRP has a lot of different types of guys. Some of them are the guys you WANT to be in a relationship with (they don't post very much - LTR is not a popular topic on TRP). But a lot of them aren't, as they simply prioritize plate spinning and engage in this sort of idiotic promiscuous behaviour. We teach that at TRP: if (s)he's doing it raw with you, (s)he's doing with with everybody else. Some guys are too stupid too learn. Let me tell you a different side of the story. I have nothing against pl…

You can just pick a book and do the exercises, or online courses. I personally learned it in school, but that's just the basics of the language (i did java), and you can definitely do that from a book or online course. On the job, you end up teaching yourself a LOT past that, so lots of google searching and online tutorials. You learn as you go.

Don't ever do tinder, that's a hookup app. You got two options. First is real life. Look your best and let the guys approach you. Put yourself in social situations where you can meet quality people, so no bars/clubs. Instead try an event at a nearby university, look for graduate student events where you're more likely to meet older guys (they are more likely to look for a relationship, I'm talking mid to late 20s here not 40 lol). on a more "feels" level, feeling safe is feeling like you're never on your own to deal with life. you're a partnership and a team, and whatever comes up, he's right there to lend his skills and support. feeling safe is knowing that your partner is reliable and honest and invested in keeping you around. I also have to call BS on the article. /u/scallopid is on point. Let me try and simplify it for you. Of course not all women deserve that, I mean just look at AskWomen or TwoX. But when I read RPW and see the lengths RP women go to in order to satisfy/support/etc their man, I have no doubt that they deserve (and earned) the man they are with. They want such a man, so they put in the time/energy/work to attract and keep him every single day. It's constant work of course (just like it's constant work for a man to do his part), there are no brakes, but that's what makes these kind of relationships…

Dude 20g is huge. I would not want that into my muscle. Sure it's great for drawing, but injecting I prefer and recommend 25g. At the volumes trt users inject, you can push the oil in a dew seconds, and if you use 1ml syringes it's super easy.

General docs are fucking dumb. Mine (a woman) told me to do more cardio. At your age and with those levels you should have an easy time getting HRT from an actual endo. If he's far, ask him to teach you how to inject yourself so you can do it at home. The first shot is the hardest mentally, but after that it's really a piece of cake.

Bro, see an endocrinologist if you can afford it, or do what I do: self-medicate. I started having symptoms at 25, zero gains, hard to lose fat, weak ass lifts and of course low Libido. I was gonna respond earlier, but I wanted to let the thread simmer a little bit. As I anticipated, we have a lot of entitled princesses around here looking for a free meal ticket (yes, you too OP). Notice how none of them have earned the "RPWoman" flair: I usually expect my date to pay on a first date I honestly expect to be paid for I would probably consider it a bit of a red flag if he didn't offer if you've asked me out and then I pay for myself it gives off a "cheap" vibe its kind of an expe…

Your questions reminded me of this post. I posted a pretty detailed response, and it indirectly addresses how long to wait to have sex. I told him straight-up I wasn't interested in having sex with him so he wouldn't feel like I was teasing him One mistake I see you making is that you are not communicating your expectations clearly and openly. You should make it clear that you are only looking for a relationship, and sex will ONLY happen in that context. "I wasn't interested in having sex with h…

What number would make you think the guy can get a girl if he wanted to, but has enough self-control that he doesn't sleep with every woman in a ten mile radius? I think around 15 would make me think that for someone who's 25ish.

OP asked how to find a high value male, not an undesirable beta boy, or a high value female. Women are attracted to men that other women find attractive. Very high partner count males don't likely make good relationship partners (they probably aren't looking for one); a moderate partner count is what you're looking for.

A woman dresses for herself. I used to get so riled up at the stupidity of these people, but not anymore. Life and reality eventually catches up to them all. There is a great quote by Corey Wayne: You can ignore reality, but you can't ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.

What about the woman who's just a little too ambitious, too individualistic, and not in a "my husband supports my goal of continuing school and having my own successful career", but a woman who (on some levels) wants to be HoH and can't really settle for anything less? Certainly those women exist, but they will never be able to attract and keep a dominant man. This option is completely out of the question. I can't comment on the strategies you suggested because I don't believe in equal relations…

I could never put it in words, but even before the red pill I found these experienced women who've "seen it all" unattractive and straight up repulsive. You explain this very well here. It really doesn't matter what your ideology is, the biology overrides it at a deeper level. So many men today try to ignore what they really want deep down, and go along with the narrative that the number of partners doesn't matter. It almost always ends up badly for the guy, either through the woman cheating, or…

The answer to your question should be obvious. We all have to start somewhere. Those women who aren't in a RP relationship are looking for an alternative to the mainstream bullshit (i.e the kind of BS one finds on r/relationships). Skip deadlifts. I have a horrible lower back, and every time my deadlift goes over 150lbs, I injure myself. So as much as I loved doing them, a year ago I completely eliminated it out of my training. I agree that good relationships are rare, and I think it's mostly independent of age. Whenever I'm at the mall or just walking on the street, I cringe looking at other couples. After reading this, I am not sure why you are against fasted low intensity cardio. If it didn't work, then intermittent fasting wouldn't work either and you wouldn't be doing it, as the concept behind both is the same. For OP's situation, who doesn't have experience working out, the main plan of attack should be the diet, and fasted walks in the morning is merely way for her to slowly get into exercising without getting overwhelmed. I've experimented with both keto, and intermittent fasting for cutting down body fat. Both work great. Keto is more difficult as it makes it very hard to eat in social situations, so I don't do it anymore. If you are able to combine both, more power to ya. Now I'm just slowly cutting with IF and watching my calories (as a man, eating 2000 kcal/day is a slight deficit). Her argument (is there one?) is so flawed it makes my head spin. Look at this: What happens if your husband divorces you or (God forbid) dies young? How will you support yourself? Will you move back in with your parents? What happens when they pass? Do you move on to mooching off a sibling? What will your life look like if you don't have anyone to take care of you? So basically the basis of every relationship this woman is going to have is FEAR. You cannot have a relationship build on fear, beca…

Someone mentioned TRP in one of the comments, and OP has no clue what it was. It's really amazing to see how that inner animal comes out naturally. I think every man has a breaking point, during which he either completely collapses and gives up, or turns his life around and goes full alpha. Nature always finds a way.

It was really stupid of you to text another guy in front of him. How about setting some boundaries like adults do? You don't want him flirting with other girls? Then say so: communicate CLEARLY that you will not stay in a relationship with someone who does. You don't want him spending 1-1 time with other girls which you know he flirted with? Same thing applies, set the boundary. If he breaks it, walk.

Two ppl can talk about what they each expect/are looking for without necessarily pushing for exclusivity at this very moment. Once that's established, then sure they can talk about they themselves becoming exclusive down the road, when the time is right. But if initially the guy says oh I'm just looking to have some fun, nothing serious, then OP will know what to do. Why waste a month when she can straight up ask him sooooo what are you looking for? It's starting to sound like you want to get back together with him, right? Everybody feels this way. You should let your emotions calm down a bit, and think about the reason behind the breakup. Realistically getting back together almost always means those issues will resurface, maybe not right away, but they always do. If getting back together is gonna work, it requires CHANGE on both ends, and change is very very hard. It takes a long time, and a lot of effort/energy. I happen to be in a situat…

I wonder if there's any harm (or benefit) to casual dating There is. You might meet a great guy, but won't be able to truly open up to him and start anything because you're still hung up on your ex. You don't understand what real dread game is. What you read on TRP is an extreme version only to be used in extreme cases, e.g. husband is an attractive man who has been improving himself for at least a year, and still isn't getting any. If you do your role as a woman correctly, it will never get to that point. Be wary of any relationship advice you read on TRP. It is far too extreme. Relationships require a LOT more finesse than the advice posted there. While it works perfectly for plate spinni…

Dread game doesn't have to imply cheating. It can be as simple as the man starting to work out so he can get in better shape. Or going out and spending time with friends if the wife/girlfriend doesn't act right and brings him down.

This is worse than I thought. Look, women don't know what they want. They say they want something, but then when they get it, they are unhappy. It also seems like a thing that would only work with betas This is true. A man who values himself would never think twice about a woman trying to instill dread/jealousy. BC can fuck with a woman's sex drive. Naturally during a woman's cycle, there are highs and lows between the key hormones: progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone. T is the one mainly responsible for your sex drive, and it peaks during ovulation. With BC, this natural cycle is basically lost. Check this out for a brief overview http://hormonehoroscope.com/the-female-hormone-cycle/ I'm not a doctor, but I think it's a good idea to come off the BC as a trial and see what happens. Keep at it. With a higher bodyfat percentage, you are also going to have high levels of estrogen (via a process called aromatisation: conversion of testosterone to estrogen via the aromatase enzyme, which basically is located in fatty tissue). This means you are more emotional, moody, etc. and lower confidence. I've experienced this firsthand because I inject test, and when I first started I let my estro get out of hand. Started crying during movies and shit lol. Good luck.

You won't lose your power by becoming more feminine. Masculinity gives you power over others through intimidation, but femininity gives you power through likeability. This is key. At my previous job, my manager was a woman in the 35-40 age range, and she was perhaps the only woman in a position of power that leveraged her femininity. We did however talk about the future this entire time. When you say he doesn't show signs... did you actually bring up the discussion about moving in, or even what his plans are when it comes to starting a family? The last one is a standard conversation any relationship should have. The whole point is to figure out if you are compat…

Wait, maybe I misunderstood your post. You were saying that men who approach women on the street (and in other venues really, the same guy will do it in either situation) are low quality right? And that men should be approaching for reasons other than looks?

Of course I am judging. You are still trying to portray yourself as this nice girl who doesn't cheat. Take full responsibility for your actions.

there should be at least some decent social reason to talk to someone other than their physical appearance That's some blue pill thinking right there. Here's the reality: men are only attracted to looks initially.

the only one I felt real love for Made me chuckle... It's funny how women always feel real love after they cheat on their BF, and suddenly he becomes The One. This is exactly why I have a no-male-friends policy in my relationship. Sincerely, I don't know that there's anything to do to make your boyfriend forgive you, in fact he probably never will even if he takes you back. Let's get something straight: all your guy friends want to fuck you. I used to hamster that I'd never want to fuck any of m…

I just do 30 min on the elliptical, no resistance, at a speed fast enough to get warmed up 5 minutes in. On my machine, this turns out to be around 3.5-4 miles for the whole 30 min. Not sure if that's standard. I've been getting good results, but this past month I haven't been able to do it at all due to the school workload. I try to get at least 3 good lifting sessions/week in though.

I don't really do 5x5 anymore, but my goal is fat loss/shredding right now. Intermittent fasting and slow pace fasted cardio (i.e on an empty stomach) in the morning is magic. Let me reemphasize SLOW PACE, otherwise you'll lose muscle. I do it on my lifting days, or rest days, basically whenever I have the time. It has minimal impact on recovery and on the weightlifting workout.

After a conversation with my girl, I am convinced that they actually truly believe this down to their core. In her own words: if I saw the guy as relationship material, I wouldn't kiss him on a first date, because I want him to have a certain image of me. It's just a strategy they use, just like a million of our strategies. They ain't dumb.

So dread game, focusing on yourself, etc, are all really about not caring about your wife that much. This statement is the flaw in your reasoning. You are thinking of these things as manipulation and retaliation. They are not. Dread game, focusing on yourself, neither of those are about NOT caring about my girl. Dread game often times isn't even something I actively do. For example, I plan on becoming a univ professor, I literally don't have to do shit to have dread game, because I'll be surroun…

It's so mind-blowing how well this works. Non-relationship story time: I was attending a small get together with fellow students. Being the first one there and hungry, I loaded up on a the limited supply of food. As people showed up, a few made comments of how I should leave some of the food for others (there was plenty left, but smartasses gonna smartass), etc. My responses varied from laughing, saying a simple no, to telling one guy who was extra insistent to shut up fatty. For the rest of the…

I would just do it from alpha, from my alpha criteria, at my alpha time, with alpha boundaries and dynamics in place. Ignore social pressure and expectations. I can't express enough how grateful I am to be learning how to do these things before settling.

My recommendation is to start working part time (or full) for a business like the one you are trying to create. Learn the ropes from people who are already successful at it. This will maximize your chance at being successful, and allow you to figure out if it'll be fulfilling for you before you make a large investment. While he is your Captain, I don't think that applies to things like this (unless your decision would drastically affect your relationship/children/etc), especially if you're miser…

Rationally it makes no sense to risk your own life. Our species is not at risk for extinction, so there is no need to be protecting women/children from a purely logical perspective. At least I don't see an argument for it. Unless maybe she was the mother of your children, or carrying your child, so you have some high high level of personal investment in her. But our instincts aren't logical at all. If you want to tap into it, realize that you and I, as men in the West, have had our instincts sup…

Neediness. This has been an internal battle of mine for many years. For a while, I developed a pretty good outcome-independent mentality. The neediness was low. I didn't need validation from my girl, or from other girls. I'm not sure why, but in the last 2 months or so, I realized the strong mindset's starting to slip away. I started to put a lot of value on her appreciation for the things that I do. I hate this feeling, being dependent on another's feedback for my own happiness. Sure, feedback …

I especially like the question at the end. Should I be prepared to change? In the entire 50 years she spent on this planet, it hasn't occurred to her that she needs to work on herself so men find her attractive and want to stick around.

I think the biggest reason I am grateful to TRP for is waking me the fuck up so that I fully realized how fucked up this kind of behaviour is, and how delusional women are these days. Now I have no issues setting strong boundaries, and my LTR is going much better because of it compared to past relationships. Oh honey you want to go to bars? You're done. Oh you want to go to dinner with Kyle? Congrats, you're single. You're texting flirty messages filled with emoticons to your close male friends?…

She rode the carousel ("for a year in college" lol), is 30, divorced. She is running some heavy girl game on you, and you are falling for it. The whole "treating you like a king" is a strategy to lock you down. Why shouldn't I marry this woman and have children with her? She is smarter than me, wealthier than me, and is as loyal as they come. You yourself mentioned the reasons why you shouldn't marry her, I just highlighted them for you. For a relationship to work, the woman must look up to the …

I don't drink, I hardly ever went to the bar, but on occasion when I went with friends dressing conservatively and not drinking sent the message that I wasn't there for a quick hook up. Right on the money. A lot of people think/say men who are LTR-minded don't pay attention to those things, but we sure as hell do.

Here's one of the easiest test: withhold sex in the beginning until you are "committed." See how he reacts. Now this won't work on all guys - there are guys who are relationship oriented but won't wait for sex very long (I'm one of them), but it's your best bet to protecting your value as a woman by keeping your partner count as low as possible. Don't make the mistake that a lot of women make when they sleep with a guy hoping he'll commit to her later, or trying to create a spark when it isn't t…

She is not thinking- oh no, I might lose him so I better have some more duty sex! She is truly turned on that other women are interested in you. First time I hear someone talk about this. I've been thinking about dread the wrong way all this time.

Your problem is not jealousy, it's lack of boundries. My girl knows very well that I don't approve of her having male friends. If those are important to her, she can date someone else who is fine with that. U letting your wife spend 2 nights with another man, you're a pussy bro. She says if I am not interested in filling the role he will be glad to Some really nice foreshadowing on your wife's part there. She's telling you in her own way to WAKE THE FUCK UP. The guy is so effusively enthusiastic…

When "depressed" I withdraw to my man cave and make a particular effort to avoid losing my shit Good to know I'm not the only one. I used to become terribly unproductive during those times, and I realized the way to get out of it is to FORCE myself to do stuff. Anything. Even if it's watching an episode on TV.

Very interesting. I've only recently (after reading NMMNG) started being OK with setting boundaries in my LTR. So far it's been good, she's receptive to it. There was some resistance, but that's to be expected. Nothing like some of the horror stories I read on here. Can you talk a little more about defending your boundaries? Does that mean taking action when the boundaries are violated/threatened? Maybe give some examples of what you came up with.
