Im in the center of the country, Hidalgo to be precise. I've noticed that the further south you go a lot of things change. 1 Everything gets cheaper 2 People are nicer 3 Women are more like women should be (clean, cook, etc) So maybe look at Puebla, or Querétaro, but I would only stay in the cities that have below 100,000 people in population, then you can have a place with much traffic, or just plain big city shit.
