This show WRECKED me. I suffer from chronic PTSD from growing up with abusive parents and dealing with an abusive brother and abusive boyfriends all throughout my 20’s. The scene where Alex sinks into the couch is the BEST example of dissociation I’ve ever seen on TV. It really hit home for me. Make sure you take breaks watching this show. It can be very triggering 🧡
