let your personal trainer be someone you don't like, like your boss or your neighbour. go talk to them for a few minutes before your workout (you'll be steaming). Works a treat!

When a woman says she ´can´t stay in a relationship´, what she really means is that she can leave without any significant personal loss.

Correlation doesn´t equal causation. Being masculine is like playing life on hard mode--everyone sees how competent you are, and is just waiting for you to slip so they can fuck you over. Also lack of support in general can cause mental illness. People do not like masculinity--period. It might be attractive, even in a non sexual way, but given the choice, people will always look to hurt the strong and help the weak. We are just gorillas at the end of the day. As an evolutinary biologist I assume…

This post is stupid and you should feel stupid. I barely even go on TRP anymore, but it couldn't be more different than SJW safe spaces.unlike Tumblr It doesn't confirm what you think is true, it is more of a sledgehammer to the head, in that it breaks down your fantasy about girls to bring you into the reality, which is as the subreddit title sugests a bitter pill to swallow.

I'm so fucking irritated by white people on my Facebook page announcing how badly they feel for us poor minorities. I'm not really even pro-trump (more anti-hilary), but the patronizing is ridiculous.

This paper is talking about biological monogamy. Cultural monogamy is obviously possible to, but the reality is we fall on a scale of biological monogamy and whatever variation of the cultural component falls within that. You would expect the cultural variation to be higher than say, fish, because we have more capacity for it. On the other hand, we still fall on a spectrum for monogamy. For example, chimpanzees are considerably more polygamous, while gorillas are more monogamous biologically spe…

weather or not something is worthwhile isn't directly related to whether you can get payed doing it. Sometimes you actually enjoy the thing you are doing as you would a hobby. That's how I approach it.

I don't get it either. I feel like peope are going to judge if I say I'm waiting for a 9 or a 10, so I just make up some excuse. I'm leaning towards starting to tell people I'm gay so they stop prying.

I've had ones that definitely enjoyed it but it just seems like not appropriate to choke her or slap her ass. Anyway most of them just sort of mildly enjoy it, not like when she's been with you from the beginning of your "trying to fuck her" journey.

Some guys enjoy a girl allowing herself to be dominated by them. In fact I would say most guys do. With a prostitute, I never feel like I can be as rough as with a girl who I know wants it. Obviuosly it's possible to have some chemistry, but if you're 70, probably not. Keeping in mind that men are more attractive when they age, what's the point in spending so much money on sex if you can pull one night stands anyway? Maybe if you live in a small town, or want to live a hedonistic lifestyle of ge…

You say that it´s usually horrible without GFE, which isn´t true. It´s a bit hit and miss, but then GFE probably is like that as well. I´ve done the "long time" thing in Thailand, and it was basically the same as doing it with any regular whore. So, it does get tiring. But I have to clarify that bringing back some slut from the club is not a guaranteed good time either. It´s just that when you´re paying for it, the mood is diminished because both parties know it´s going to happen so there´s less…

The problem is that secularization is a misnomer. It's more of a de-religionization. Because people are not indoctrinated as powerfully as the previous generation, they have no reason to hold on to a religious belief.

What I've learned after 1 year, at which point I'm now really pushing myself or at least trying to push myself every workout is that it's all in your head. It's not about making weird faces and grunting loudly (although sometimes that happens), it's about knowing that there's going to be some discomfort, and some doubt about whether you're going to be able to lift the weight while keeping your form correct, and the only thing way that can make you progress is ignoring your body when it tells you…

You start off as if you're going to address how poor people still get laid, then you don't really get around to doing it in your post. Money is good, but what's your point? There are plenty of people with plenty of money that are way more miserable than people with less money. There's also plenty of guys making 100k a year that barely even get laid.

That's pretty funny, I was thinking since I installed this game it's distracted me from approaching women. Maybe it's because it hasn't been released in my country yet, but I haven't run into anybody playing it. Obviously I know other people are because they are taking over the gyms. I think video games are generally a turn-off. I don't think this is really an exception, it's not going to help your SMV, but I guess it may not hurt either depending on the girl.

The good thing about clubs is that you can have no game and still score because some girl just happened to feel slutty at that moment. Logistically it makes things easier as well. Status in the club is good but social proof is more attainable. If a girl sees that you danced with 10 other girls in the last 30 minutes, she is much more likely to be into you. I'll admit it's exhausting and most guys will probably get too drunk to game just to take the edge off, but it does offer something that soci…

Yoga helps. A lot of people are afraid of squatting and deadlifting, but the advantage of living in India is that you can probably find a very good personal trainer for a fraction of the price you would pay in the west for a total newbie trainer. Those two exercises build back muscles. There's also a lot you can do with a weak back. Everyone's situation is different but try a few exercises and see how they feel.

I'm always in two minds about whether to just have fun or try to fuck girls. On the one hand, chasing girls and trying to fuck them is fun, but on the other hand just having fun makes me lose some inhibitions. I don't think there's a correct one-size-fits-all approach to every situation. Sometimes this way works and sometimes that way does. You don't seem to understand how aging works. You can be 30 and biologically 26 years old, so really there wouldn't be any difference between you and a 26 year old. You're acting like the gap between 26 and 30 is like 18 and 50. If at 30, you can't have 2 beers without getting a hangover that lasts 2 days, then there's only 2 possibilities, you have a very seriously illness and you should stop any kind of alcohol consumption, or you have been malnourished and abused drugs for the first 30 years …

That's your interpretation. The thread makes no mention of being middle aged for this to make any sense, and most people here are around my age, not 30+. Not that I think suddenly turning 30 will make alchohol cyanide.

Women simply have a ton more choices than men do. The market is skewed like that. Men aren't picky, the top 20% doesn't mind fucking the top 80%. The reverse is true for women. They have many times more supply than we do. Betas are an aberration of human nature, not the norm. You just said that 80% of men are betas, and yet somehow the 20% that aren't are the norm? Well that's exactly how women think, but it doesn't make it any more true.

In my opinion, the complete opposite. Lower class=less pressure on you to carry your family name/business/whatever, more of a free-for-all that way, although you're right they might be more traditional culturally. A lot of upper class people fear that they'll lose what they have, and to that end are willing to do anything for anybody just so they don't have to deal with a reality where they have less money than they do now.

The UAE is a conservative country? If you only mix with the elite in every country you go to, it would seem that way. That is because they are westernized, and have the same habits of westerners. Child support is a sham anyway. I'm talking more about the emotional indoctrination. Its always been harder to be an alpha male, dating back to tribes. But in a tribe, you only need to compete the people in the tribe, maybe 30-100 people. Super easy to be near the top. Living in a city you need to compete with everybody. You interact with way more people, and many more people will shit test you, unlike in a tribe where practically everybody knows you. In this society it's much harder to display y…

Your right about he emotionak indoctrination lf the modern age. I just want to point out your naturist fallacy. The natural condition is to live in tribe but we can't have a hunter-gatherer tribe system in cities. There's too many people, it wouldn't work, that's why we have rules. Women are never ok with just hooking up. They want more and more of your time and resources. The skinny or fat guys getting laid regularly are outliers. Lifting It's just one thing you need, like a job or a place to live, Its going to make things significantly easier. I don't think the point is to talk to them differently than men. Your response is difference because the input is different. If a man started talking to me as unintelligibly as a woman does, I will respond in the same unimpressed, and disinterested way. The only difference is the I might like the sight of a girl drowning in her own self-talk a little more, so if I feel like it I'll add a few more logs to her fire from time to time to keep the irrationality burning.

I like this post, because of the moderate stance it takes on transgenders. I think in TRP the thinking is they're just men who want to escape. That could be true but its only one part of it. There's also a very big nature element, and you can see it as early as pre-school children. Obviously nurture plays a part. Due to our over indulgence, we have in many ways gone to the humans primal structure in terms of one alpha male to many females. For a lot of guys, it's not appealing to go through with…

Yeah, the point is not to overdo it at least for guys who are naturally aggressive like I am. Being alpha is no good if you keep getting in fights because that will have a lot of shitty effects on your life. Mentality is important but you also need planning and social skills to get where you need to be to maintain your status, and also make sure you get recognized and create enough opportunities to game.

Hah, the part about being the youngest and most productive got me. I dont blame my family entirely because some things are out of their control but sometimes/some of them just dont work hard enough. Unfortunately i have some health problems so I've moved back home but i will get out of here and deal with my problems on my own.

I'm talking about hypergamy. No woman is going to fuck a guy slightly better than her on the SMV scale, Women only see the best male or who they perceive to be he best. It's that or no dice. That's why 20% of men have sex with all of the women.

I don't think the part about different women having different attainable ranges is right. It has some truth in it, but a 4/10 girl can still land a 10/10 guy for sex, just as well as a 9/10 girl can land that guy.

The analogy of women's Disney fantasy to mens. Women do get their fantasy. They get a poor sap to work for both of them, treat her like a princess and not even demand sex.

This post reminds me of how to win friends and influence people. Yeah, telling people they are wrong is akin to telling them you are Better than then and what to show them. Yes sometimes other people are wrong but it takes self control and mental sharpness bot to focus on the pesto and their wrongness but the action itself.

This is as stupid of a lesson as they come. All men are programmed to work through trial and difficulties with the result of improved wealth, appearance, social value so that they can be the alpha male. That's what makes us men. In the end, its all for yourself.

I'm Canadian and I've lived abroad for a decent portion of my life. Other countries are not magical places where women are no longer women. They still want the best deal for themselvrs, still irrational, and will still take for granted what their provider will allow them to. In that sense they are like western women. Having said this, the pickings are better. You still have girls playing the long con to emigrate and move to the US but that is inversely related to how developed their own country …

I find that while this is true, body language only counts in social situations. Eg. Some posturing jerk-off can consciously open his chest to small dogs on the sidewalk all he wants, but thats not really the point. The point is to take those feelings into situations that help you. There is some two-way feedback, supposedly. I mean that just by having an open posture your cortisol levels go down, regardless of the situation. The main point is, social interaction is 70% body language 20% tone of v…

Opposites attract. The majority of women have no desire to develop their intellect. Meditation is a slow drawn out realization that in any situation, you will persevere, and will often come out of it stronger. That is realizing that a mans happiness, is not strictly controlled by extarnak forces.

One, if you have the personality, you can find enjoyment out of anything, whether it is stamp collecting, playing COD, or doing extreme sports. They are all equal in merit, sort of. If being in the top 5% (i think that is probably more accurate) doesnt sound like you, you are not capable of swallowing it And when i say 5 % i dont just mean money or looks, i mean are you such a well rounded person that you are more often than not the alpha of the group?

Volunteering is great but I just have to comment on the first part of your post. Not everyone can engage in physical exercise. I liked lifting until I hurt my back and now I don't lift anymore. Does't matter because the studies are all on the same theme- that Women like men with status which is already a mainstay in evolutionary psychology. The thing that annoys me with the article is that the author doesn't do a lot to tie the evidence with his ideas. Sure he has good ideas but it just doesn't have a lot of substance. The point of the article is to substantiate the claim that Women worry more about losing their man that the opposite. Fair point, but he doesn't back it up well.

Literature is another great idea to get in the mood. I think there is nothing wrong with extreme stories and just letting your imagination run wild. The first step should be gradually phasing out and removing video porn and that's really the hard part. Video games are not great but to be honest they are nowhere near comparable to porn. Playing a video game all day is like practice a music instrument all day and not getting better at it. I see the connection you are trying to make, but maybe just focus on one idea and stick with it. I think you were onto something at the start. Not really. Because when you are alone, you often have no social standing. It's OK when you are just talking to one person at a time, but having confidence when you are talking to a group is hard. If everyone is looking down at the phones, not really listening when you speak, and just paying attention to people they already know then your job of being confident, alpha, or anything else is much harder.
