I had a BS DV accusations against me during the start of my separation. Wife was arrested for knife assault felony DV2 . When she was bailed out she went to the courts to file a DVPO on me. The judge gave us both DVPOs. This month we agreed to drop both DVPOs however she is in a Felony Diversion Program for a year. The commissioner still sided with the wife and gave her 80/20 on our temporary custody. I’m going to have a revision on the temporary order seeing a new Judge hopefully something reve…

Can’t believe one commissioner had so much power and probably has ruined so many other people lives. I can see where people give up!

Update: So I’m going for a revision with a different commissioner, then if that doesn’t change the temporary custody agreement. We are going to trial! I’m not giving up, I’m not! IM FIGHTING FOR 50/50!

The commissioner said that I couldn’t co-parent with the mother (THE ONE WHO WENT TO JAIL FOR STABBING ME) and then he said I had to accept accountability for weaponizing the court system and the DVPO I placed on the her.

YUP or do exchanges at a family safe place usually it’s 35-45$ per exchange, but having a peace of mind knowing they can’t say “HE ABUSED ME OR VERBAL ASSAULTED ME”

Make sure you get a restraining order placed on her as well

Do not take her back, get child support and spousal support. She is definitely seeing someone else right now and she is having sex already with the new guy. Focus on your children and enjoy your freedom. Don’t ever remarried unless divorce and marriage laws change on a federal level

Do like the modern women do, go to the court house and file for a restraining order.

Proud of you man, I will never forgive my ex wife for the amount of time and money I spent fighting for custody of our children. Mental illness or not, that’s not a reason to falsely accuse someone of “rape, assault, alienation and violence”. I’ve been permanently damaged by her actions. Yes I take accountability for marrying her so quick and starting a family, but hey I thought I had life all figured out at 28 after traveling the world, going to college, serving in the military and dating multi…

I’m done, beauty doesn’t win me over anymore. In my teens, early 20s to 27 (28 is when I met my ex wife, 29 is when I got married) I had plenty of women I dated, I played almost every role, the side dude, the sneaky link, the work husband, been cheated on etc….I’ve dated women from almost all backgrounds and yes some ended well and some bad, but marriage and going through a nasty divorce did it for me. I’m confident to say I will no longer engage in dating or re marrying. I’ve help created two c…

I have two girls. I plan on telling them the serious issues with marriage, I’m going to tell them “Unless the man is absolutely abusive and lay hands on you, if divorce happens, do not lie, don’t make things worse, be an adult and do a clean divorce we’re both parties walk away without screwing each other over.” Obviously we as humans need to reproduction keep society going so telling kids don’t have children is wrong. Life is beautiful!

Its over bro, move on hit the gym and forget about her

Exactly, I’m in wa state. She caught a big break, even with video evidence of the attack. Since it’s her first felony arrest and no history. If it was me that attack her with knife then I wouldn’t even be here to type anything. But she is on thin ice with the court, if she doesn’t follow the order then it’s INSTANT jail.
