Man to look back, all my achievements in one way or the other were centered around girls and a good social life. I have put so much into it (read books, made notes) and recently I was ready to leave my job just because I couldn't take a dude talking to my crush. I felt suicidal, its weird but I have noclue why I have put so much weight age of my self worth on getting women. I have tried so many things but I just can't get over the fact that I can't get a girlfriend. I don't feel like doing anyth…

As another commenter said, its mostly about the context. Weirdness is not understanding the social energy or the vibe at a given point. It would be weird if you were doing it in a serious conversation for instance, but if you're around people who are as charged as you are they will LOVE you for being silly! I had this problem a lot. What I did was to just listen. Weirdness usually happened in my case when I tried to be someone I'm not. When I was my genuine self and expressed everything as is it…

Thank you so much for this post! This is extremely helpful! One thing I wanted to ask: Whenever I tend to hang out with social groups and get comfortable with them, they seem to LOVE me around initially. Then I tend to become extremely needy when it comes to advice or guidance (especially emotional support) and it puts most of them off. And at this point it has become an addiction of sorts to share my problems because that's the only way I know to connect with someone. I mean, from what I've exp…

Thess are some great tips, I'm.a newbie even though I've been years into this, and having approached hundreds of women what actually worked was having actual female friends and talking to them on a regular basis! Since this is an AMA, I have this problem that whenever someone finds me attractive I somehow pull off and try to prove to her that I'm attractive (by showing her how many female acquaintances I have in office, or how I'm always in a dating mode and I can ignore her and do whatever I wa…

I just dont want to be a weirdo. I never had problems approaching anyone, was never shy and came up with witty shit from time to time. But I fell for the simplest of pranks, was too gullible, naive and at times just not sharp enough for guys of my age and stature (yes I physically appear to be a cool dude). One comment I hear all the time is from disappointed friends who thought I was cool in the beginning but then they realized.... (they don't say a word after this). I have a lot of growing up …

I loved the article! Resonated with me a lot But what if you work your hardest and yet you fail? I'll be honest: everything I ever did or am doing was to be strong and assertive enough to not be let down by anyone. All my childhood consisted of people verbally dominating me and making me cry throughout. I was tall and bigger than most people around me yet I was a pussy who ran away from the very sight of conflict. People would verbally fuck me over and it ruined me, not to mention the fact that …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
