Try to shoot for a facetime! Best way to make a real connection without meeting up. Though it can be challenging — it’ll be hard to fake your way through it, but if you succeed it shows you’re ready for the real thing.

Yeah pretty much. I’d prefer to do the former, but if that’s not possible I’d do the latter.

How much money are you making online? Be honest with yourself, is it both profitable and secure enough for the long term? If yes, then sure, get a girlfriend. Find a new hobby like act classes or a rec sports league where you can just go to meet people. These can often evolve into close friend groups. Don't live with your parents, this will give some credence to the idea that you can actually make it in the world without a job. If no, then sure, you COULD get a girlfriend, but it would proba…

If you’re fat, 90% of the time the problem isn’t that you were born that way. Get a GRIP and be who you want to be. If you lose weight you will get much more handsome too. Start putting in the work. That’s it.

I’d be surprised if you got any girls with that line, and if you think context doesn’t matter then you’re just wrong.

Haha ok cool. I think I’ll do better with this kind of line over a standard “hi” to be honest, but if it blows up I’ll go down a few levels. Thanks!

Haha what’s a forward line for you? I should clarify that I said “when I go out” but I meant more like at a store or coffee shop not at late night.

Just learn the ropes bud. You’re gonna have a tough time transitioning to an f close on your first date, and that’s fine. Just try to have fun with her, and be a little playful & masculine.

Sometimes I have thoughts like this — that I’ll never be truly happy the way that my parents have raised me because I hate working any normal job and don’t like doing normal social activities — and in a way I think these thoughts are sort of justified. In your pre-adult life, you don’t really have the self-awareness to be in control of your situation and what skills you pick up. By the time you do have that, your skills will be drastically different than your peers, and that leaves some people l…

I think it’s fine, depending on the environment. If you’re like a 20-something living in the city, I think it’s perfectly normal to be casually dating a few people at a time and trying to see if you are compatible. Other circles may frown upon this though.

This probably isn’t a shit test. Maybe it’s a red flag, but is something lots of girls have to deal with. Personally I don’t care if a woman has a lot of sexual experience (so long as it isn’t nearing intense perversion). But years of social conditioning have made many women sensitive to the word ‘slut’ and the idea of sexual promiscuity. She wants to have sex, but she doesn’t want to be known as a person who does it too carelessly. It is hard to assure yourself of this when speaking with others…

If she is inviting you to her place, she is expecting you to escalate.

You have nothing to worry about. Honestly these pics are of such poor quality that it’s hard to tell. Also, nothing is wrong with tall and lanky.

Then why is infidelity generally an unattractive quality for a partner? My argument is that it is biologically reinforced.

I personally give mad ups to a girl who will initiate on a guy, regardless of the context. If you are attracted to her, go ahead and flirt to see where it leads. She is DMing you because she is more interested in you than the other men available to her. That’s a good thing. She is willing to ignore social taboo in order to get a shot at talking to you, that’s a good quality in my book too.

Well, we sort of do love by those rules still. Somebody has to go out and make money while somebody has to take care of the kids. If a man leaves, the quality of life for his child becomes much worse - maybe they don’t die, but there are huge social consequences. Regardless, let’s say that it didn’t work that way anymore. Human preferences are so ingrained after thousands of years of evolution that change happens very slowly. Just like there is no reason for people to generally be ‘tall’ anymore…

I think she wants you to be more aggressive. You even said she likes being handled in bed. It is a fine line so ease into it and see how she responds. If she gets more turned off the more pressure you put on her, to the point where maybe she is panicking, it is likely you’ve gone too far. You have to be very good at reading her reactions if you want to fulfill this type of fantasy organically, without asking her. A lot of women will say that asking for permission or hinting is much less sexy tha…

As for the insecure thing, most girls will be alright with you not wanting her to see other men. Most people, at some point in the relationship, expect it. However, you might be considered insecure if you are constantly suspicious of her cheating on you or if you don’t like her just normally talking to guys.

As far as why humans have historically had exclusive relationships, a lot of it deals with the human biology. Think back to the time of prehistoric tribes. Human offspring are vulnerable and unable to provide for themselves for a LONG time after their birth, and are too cumbersome to bring along hunting or scavenging. This means somebody has to look after them, and also sacrifice the opportunity to get the best food for themselves. That means they need somebody ELSE (their partner) to do it for …

Looking for the right guy will always be tough. If you’re willing to play the field, tinder is an option. The odds are stacked for women. If you’re not getting good responses, then you’ve got to hit the gym. That’s really all there is to it. Guys like girls with personality, but there is a certain baseline of hotness that even the ideal partner has to hit. And for casual dating/hookups, guys are willing to take a chance on anything that has a nice figure. It kind of sucks, but it is also kind of…

It’s up to you dude. There is nothing wrong with being friends with a woman if you WANT to be friends with her. If you like spending time with her, other benefits aside, go for it. If you are only interested in her as a romantic option, then don’t.

Personally I find this to be really creepy, no matter what you say. At the same time, you have nothing to lose but your pride, so go for it if you want.

There is so much more to people than smart and pretty. To say you are completely in love with this girl despite barely knowing her is pushing it. That being said, I think you should still go for it. Your best option is to ask her out around when she will stop being your lab instructor. You can even mention that she won’t be seeing you anymore, and segue that into arranging something. She’ll appreciate the effort and it makes the whole situation healthier and more natural.

I think it is fine to pursue romantic/physical interests where you work. Just don’t be a FUCKING MORON ABOUT IT. Every SINGLE girl who joins your ‘harem’ should understand the conditions (for instance: don’t do anything showboaty at work, keep it purely physical, inform all involved girls about your other encounters). If you want your harem to survive in a business environment, communicate and organize like it’s a business. And of course, be positive the girl is mature enough to handle it. One c…

This seems very difficult to give advice on. Maybe it is desperation for a relationship and the status/benefits that come with it, but it may not be. It could also be a product of simply liking all girls... simply liking ‘too many people’. Some people like almost everybody. Some people like 1 in 1000. Being in the middle is probably more healthy. If you like too many people, the connection you have with people is probably lacking substance, and people can just feel that (unless you have godlike …

These words are stale for a lot of people. It really depends on the type of guy you are. I like to use animated, flourish-y language, so I’d try stuff like ‘___ is just bonkers’ or ‘what a ludicrous display’. I’m not saying you should reinvent your dialogue style, but being fun and inventive with words can get you a long way with women, and with people in general. If you want to improve at this, just read some specific novels and maybe try work on the aesthetics of your writing. But it’s importa…

It’s great that you have hobbies, but you need to translate those hobbies into ones that allow you to socialize with the types of people you align with. It’s a poor life recipe to have to rely on specific people to give you happiness, but you can generally rely on there being people in your local soccer league (or smash bros tournament or whatever) for you to connect with and have the same kind of fun with. It sounds like you don’t have those kinds of people in your life right now.

I would wager that she isn’t cheating. If she were, why would she give you hints that she is? I sense that these comments are her way of getting power over the relationship. The comments frame her as the more attractive, desirable, and valuable member of the relationship and basically serve to inform you that she could find another man, maybe of higher quality, on short notice. Do I think this means you should leave her? No. People do bad, impulsive things all the time. You’re going to have trou…
