Please, help me with my issue at clubs.

Clubs are a place for body language, not for talking. You can only really communicate with body language, eye contact and maybe a couple words. I'd suggest starting with establishing eye contact, smile, and hold it at least until she breaks it or smiles. If she smiles, move in and signal her to dance.

When you touch the girls, have you checked for any signs of interest? Did you dance up confidently to them, or did you just float around while looking at them and think, "I hope she notices me!" if it's a dance-circle, are they opening up their circle to you, looking at you just as much as they look at the others, or are they closing it and trying to space themselves away from you? Are they satelliting around you by coincidence, or are they hoping you'll notice them? Have to be observant at the club.

You can also just walk outside the club, see if there's any cool girls out there.

You should try to figure out if you really enjoy dancing, or if you're just there to meet girls. If you are there primarily to meet girls...girls at the club have their guards up. If there's two dozen guys at the club, they're probably going to be eyeing the single most attractive guy there and won't really want anyone less, unless you can prove yourself to be more attractive (via body language). Also remember, girls who are out drinking and do give out their numbers....probably gave their numbers out to a lot of guys, probably drinking and won't really remember you the next day. Without making a real connection, they won't have a big reason to be in touch either.

That's not to say you should give up, just saying that if you really want to get good at it, there's a lot of barriers, so if you don't like it, don't do it.

Dance is great for seduction and it sounds like you are in a position of advantage. In these situations, I see if the girl seems interested and then escalate by closing personal distance (depending on the context, approaching from behind her is fine). Tap her shoulder or upper arm to get her to face you or circle around to get eye contact. Back away while dancing and maintaining eye contact. Motion her over to get closer to you. Give a flirtatious half-smile. Think, "you'd be lucky to have me." Focus on your vibe and the vibe between the two of you.

Guys, just approach any girl you want and grind her. She'll let you know if she wants it or not. No more waste of time, you have your answers fast like that.

Don't even ask her to dance with you. I see many guys asking girls to dance with them and many of those girls refuse. And then there's some random guy, not that attractive, that just comes in and starts grinding a girl that just refused a guy earlier. The girl accepted and they kissed afterward.

Confidence has to be very high.

Try dancing as if you're the greatest dancer of all time. Do crazy moves, jump in the middle of circles and do some funny ass dance moves, smile and high five everyone who makes eye contact with you, girls and guys. Look at a girl and tell her you like her dance moves, but they could use a little bit of work, smirk, and then resume dancing before she can even react. Be there to have fun, entertain your self and rage, not to try and get laid. Let go of all outcomes. If you get a girl, cool, if not, bfd.

I find that whenever I go to clubs with this mindset, with a great group or even solo, I'll get more than a few girls approach me and even start grinding on me first. A few nights ago, at this club called Output in Brooklyn(solo btw), these two gorgeous Asian chicks stalked me to a different room in the club when they tried dancing with me and I ignored them. Eventually, I rewarded their persistence, and well, you can guess what happened next...

P.S. it helps if you specifically go out to see you're favorite DJs or artists/ bands whatever. That way, it will feel natural to be there for the music rather than to be a pervy dude just looking for an easy grind
