Don’t shower for weeks. Your BO will drive her nuts. Heard a story of a guy who did this cause the judge ordered him and his ex to share a house.

It’s a full time live in nanny. Cost varies depending on many factors. You can also get an au-pair. They cost about 30k per year and can’t be older than 24. You sign a contract for 1 year and can renew if you like them and want them to stay longer.

I have 50/50 custody and it’s been working well. Enjoy spending every day with the kids. However, my situation differs from yours. I have one job and a nanny to help. If you can make it work in spite of your heavy schedule, I strongly suggest you do. You can’t ring back the years. And yes, it does sound like she is wants 50/50 to have more time to herself. Who cares?! Let her go through her hoe phase and have her fun. You have your life and most importantly you play a major role in your kids liv…

What you’re describing is a form of abuse. Regardless if you gained weight or lost your job! You need to exit the marriage. The longer you wait, the worse you will feel. I understand it’s hard because you have kids involved. I was there (two small kids) and made the decision to finally cut her out of my life. 5 years later, I am so much better for it. I’ve met women who have a very healthy sexual appetite. You have one life to live.

I know it doesn’t seem like it, but I promise you it gets easier and easier. 5 years from now you will be at a very different place. Consider therapy to help you through these feelings.

She’s a danger to herself and your youngest (living in a van with a young kid?! What the hell!!!). Get full custody!!!!

You are at a disadvantage because it’s something she has planned and is mentally prepared for. You are shell shocked and full of emotions at this time. My best advice for you is to hire a lawyer asap and follow their direction to the letter. Not having kids makes it a lot easier. Good luck.

You’re obviously depressed and have a defeatist attitude. You need to snap out of it and fast! Any decision you make now will affect you and the kids for many years to come. Do whatever necessary to secure your future so you won’t be struggling and your kids will be able to spend time with you. If not for yourself, do this for your kids. Snap out of this!!!

True story: This guy is a legend! So this rich old guy married a very young woman. Surprisingly they were married for over 20 years. Then she decides that she’s not happy and wants a divorce. She files for divorce only to be told that she is not married to him! Turns out that soon after they got married, he took her on a trip to the Dominican Republic. There, you can file for divorce without notifying your wife! She was legally divorced all this time!!!

A very successful and retired family Attorny said that after dealing with divorces for over 25 years he learned the following: The odds of you finding the kind of “forever” that your grandparents had is nearly zero…as far as he was concerned, this was the best case scenario you can hope for in a marriage: You fall in love and marry the girl of your dreams. First three years are amazing, then you fall into a routine. By year 7 you run into hardships and see a marriage counselor. Everything is goo…

The kids are way too young for a divorce to have a detrimental effect on them. In a way you’re lucky this is happening now and not 5 years from now. My advice to you is to file for divorce asap. You will take a hit but will be much better off in the long run. More importantly, your daughters would be better off. Put your feelings and emotions aside and do what you know what must be done.

Your son will be just fine. Especially since the divorce is happening while he is so young. If he was 12, then it would affect him much more. As a 1 year old, he will recognize this as the norm and not miss anything.

She is older, divorced and with kids. The odds of her finding a man wanting to take this on and marrying her are slim to none! Even if she does find someone to marry her, he won’t come close to you in terms of financial stability. Most likely she will only meet fuck boys and some men who will tell her what she wants to hear to get her in bed. She has many years of pain ahead if she ever hopes to remarry.
/r/Divorce_Men24/02/24 03:30 PM

In that case, you have a valid point. She’s a terrible mother who puts her own selfish needs ahead of your kids.

I have 50/50 and pay CS. She was without a job when we divorced so it would have been severe hardship on her and my kids if I did not give her CS and alimony. Even now that she has a job if I stopped the CS my kids would suffer. Don’t complain about the money. It’s about the kids. And for what it’s worth, I’m paying much more than you.

So essentially you’re saying make sure she’s in love with you at all times or risk loosing half your wealth. A woman’s happiness is not her husbands responsibility. Nothing in your wedding vows mentions happiness…..yet many women break their homes because they are no longer happy.

The women who choose minimum wage men over millionaires are an exception to the rule and are extremely rare. The vast majority of women are hypergamous. I’m telling you this from personal experience and the experience of my colleagues. I am not saying I hate women…I just understand their nature. This is what people like Andrew Tate are trying to achieve. They don’t hate women…they never did. However, they do understand their behavior and would like to pass on that knowledge and experience to the…

You are not responsible or have you ever been responsible for her happiness. Read your wedding vows. Nothing there about keeping each other happy. She is responsible for her own happiness! She will eventually feel “unhappy” with her current partner.

You are not overthinking. I’m sure many men here wished they properly thought out what they were getting into. As per many family law attorneys: marriage only makes sense if you plan on having kids! If you don’t plan on having kids, living together will offer you everything a marriage would accept for the legal binding contract that basically says if you don’t make her 100% happy 100% of the time, she can file a divorce and take half your assets/retirement. You are lucky to have had the foresigh…

I was hoping I’d be able to save my marriage mostly because of the kids. I knew how devastating it would be for their future development. However, she checked out and did not give a damn about the consequences and hardships our kids would have being raised in two different households. I asked my dad while in my early 20’s if he thinks I should get married later on in life. He has been married to my mom for over 50 years now. Because his marriage seemed like an ideal marriage, I expected a confirmation right away. That didn’t come. He danced around the question without giving me a direct answer. Have you heard of the Barbie Affect? I recently heard a female family attorney talk about this. She also noted that an overwhelming number of middle aged wives have been filing for divorce these past few months. She contributes this surge in women walking out of a marriage to what she calls the Barbie affect. To note, the Barbie affect was a term coined by other divorce attorneys who witness the same pattern …not her. So the Barbie affect is related to the Barbie movie that is currently playing.…

Me and my ex did not dislike each other during the divorce. We have kids and she was a stay at home mom. I was ok with giving her more than what the courts would have held me responsible for because of the kids. Divorce was very straight forward (prenup was in place). It’s a big deal that you two get a long. You can write a fair agreement and present it to the court. It should be simple and quick.

Wife’s these days are being bombarded by feminists who try to convince them that they will be happy on their own. On TV shows, men are seen as idiots and the woman as the smart one making all the right decisions. Most women by nature are selfish creatures and more women tend to be sociopaths than men (that’s why it’s so easy for them to make a drastic decision without considering the pain and life long damage they will cause their kids). You need to consult with a family attorney. Besides the “I signed under duress” that you mentioned, another pitfall causing prenups to be thrown out is unrealistic demands (eg: no child support). If written by a family law attorney and the woman has a lawyer representing her, there is no way it will fail to stick. Some actually resort to making a video of the signing….but that’s a bit overboard. So consult a family attorney. Ask what can possibly occur to mark the prenup null and void. Make sure…

I am 54. It was never this bad. The huge shift was social media and online dating. It used to be that women had access to guys in their immediate social circle. A woman would date a classmate, or a girlfriends brother…etc. now with the advent of internet dating, they have a choice of thousands of thirsty men to choose from. Men are treated as easily replaceable and therefor the value that a good man brings has been totally disregarded. Your best course of action is to focus on your purpose. Buil…

I’m 54 like you. Divorced 3 years now with two small kids. My biggest fear was centered about the kids. Therapy help me realize that they are far more resilient than I thought. In addition they would definitely pick up on mom and dad being unhappy. Looking back, this was the best decision I’ve made. She has treated me with such disrespect that I was loosing site of the man that I was. I am much happier now. Kids are happy and I get to do what I want when I want without having to answer to anyone…

In New York I also had to get life insurance with 750k coverage. It runs be about $250 per month per child. Health insurance for both my kids is from my job. $650 per month health insurance seems high for one kid. I also have 50/50.

You will find more women coming out of the woodworks and more aggressive behavior once you graduate. Right now getting accepted does not mean you will make it through. Once you get through, that’s when the shit show starts. You should be very aware of the common law marriage laws that exist in Canada. Stay focused on your purpose and don’t get distracted. They will all wait for you at the finish line and will be much more aggressive and manipulative.

Some women meet up with these high caliber men who only want sex with them. Once these men have finished with them, they go on to the next woman. It’s very easy for these men to have sex with multiple average women and as such they would never enter a real relationship with one. The outcome of this is that the mediocre woman feels that she can eventually have a real relationship with a high caliber man because she was intimate with one or more. Just because the last high caliber man wanted just …

Your ex will have a right to alimony and child support. As far as the house goes, since it was purchased during the marriage, he has the right to half of the equity. You can buy out his half, he can buy yours, or you sell the house and split the profit. The important thing is that you are there 100% for the kids and he is as well. The hardest part will be coparenting together with the kids best interest in mind.

A diagnosis of bipolar is a very serious diagnosis. No one will be able to live in peace with her. I strongly recommend that you file for divorce and take control of your life and your sons. If you try to fix things or make things better it won’t change a thing. Your life will just get worse. Do yourself and your son a favor. Bipolar patients are the most difficult psych patients to live with.

If it wasn’t for the name tag on her shirt, I would have never known it was her. She doubled in weight and cut her long blond hair short. Face looked like a train wreck.

I know a woman who never married and as she got older, gave up on the idea of getting married. She is doing very well for herself financially and decided to use donor sperm. She has a very cute little girl, but had no idea how hard it would be doing everything on her own. Although she does well financially....she is struggling to raise the girl on her own.

So many women I dated would come out of a public bathroom at a restaurant or some other place complaining about how disgusting it is. This post makes total sense. Just had no idea to what extent.

Definitely wasn’t mine. She knew better than try to say it was mine. Crazy thing was....she is Dominican and her brothers and father all cheated on their wives/girlfriends. So when she went to her brothers with her tail between her legs....she never informed them what happened. They assumed that I got her pregnant and decided that I wanted nothing to do with her. A year later I ran into her brother at a home depot. He was actually nice to me (even though he believed I left her pregnant). He told…

I was a beta at the time and when I found out she was cheating, I gave her a chance to stop seeing the guy. A few weeks later I realized the toll it was taking on my school work and health...so I made that decision for her and asked her to leave. She was actually happy and relieved that the decision w…

I was very depressed about my divorce as well. What you’re going through is normal. I promise you that things will get better. You might also experience difficulty sleeping. That will pass with time. Taking 50mg Benadryl before bed will help. A note about antidepressants. Your depression will get worse before it gets better. It takes about a month for the medication to take affect. Just be patient and continue to take it for at least 6 weeks.

You’re wrong! No one deserves this. Regardless of what he does for a living, you should warn your fellow men of this danger. We as men have it hard enough with society painting us as evil. The last thing we need is men turning on other men. Put your pride aside and help a fellow man out. I would certainly warn you if the situation was reversed.

The kids are going to be ok. Your 4 year old will take a bit of time to make sense of things but the 2 year old will not be affected at all. As long as they know that both parents love them very much, they will turn out great. Mine were 3 (girl) and 8(boy) when the marriage was over. I was worried about the boy, but my worries were unfounded. Kids are very resilient and adjust quickly.

How should you feel?! You should feel exactly what you’re feeling. You should want nothing but the best for her. She made her choice and going forward her life will be very difficult. It’s normal to feel sad for her. When you truly love someone, I don’t think you can ever just turn it off. You can only walk your own path and wish them the best.

Shortcuts rarely work. Hard work and perseverance does. You are young and it’s normal to feel lost and without direction. It’s important to remember that it’s very likely that you will never be rich working for someone else. The easiest and cheapest business to start is a service business. I bought an old van and a carpet cleaning machine. Worked long hours but had very little overhead (no store to rent). At this stage of your life you should take the biggest risks.

Some are actually quite smart. However, they can’t handle stressful situations like men. So they burn out quickly. Also, if they are on call...their social life is practically screwed. Most do not practice for very long when they realize being a stay at home mom is much more rewarding and easier. Some of them go to medical school because they feel they have to prove something. I have seen quite a few of them totally broken down. Especially in a trauma 1 hospitals ER.

I work at a hospital. See many female doctors burned out. The stress of being a hospital doctor is very high and many female doctors can’t cope with the pressure. A few months ago I saw a male attending yell at a female medical intern who was brought down to tears. Attendings let you have it with both barrels when you make a mistake as a medical intern. They know the stakes are high and don’t care if you’re female or male.

Mediation is the best route....for both of you. However, if she’s stupid enough to drag it into court, hire a court reporter. There is a thread here that discusses a guy who will never go to court without a court reporter. Some of these services offer a video person as well. That’s what happens when the government gets into the school loan business. Once the government agreed to back up student loans, schools had every incentive to double/triple tuition. Used to be that you can go to school full time, work part time and graduate loan free. That’s no longer the case. Try to start service business (ex: carpet cleaning). They require very little initial investment and through word of mouth, can grow quickly. The overhead is low (you don't have to rent a store). I believe that if you agree to anger management classes, in the eyes of the law you’re basically admitting to have anger issues. I heard of someone who divorced and the wife claimed he was physically abusive. She lied. All he wanted was 50/50 time with his kids. His lawyer gave him 2 choices. 1. Fight the accusation which might be costly and take a long time or 2. Just take some anger management classes and be done with it. It seemed the choice 2 was the obvious path. However, this really screwe…

The best advice I can give you is to date men who are in their early 30’s while you are still i. Your early 20’s. Most women don’t realize that men don’t care if the woman is successful or not. That does not impress us. We can be successful on our own. The only true value that a woman can bring is her youth. Most men in their 20’s are not looking to get married and settle down. They are also far from obtaining a successful career. You are you and smart...the world is yours...if you choose wisely…

The point of being MGTOW is knowing women’s nature. We avoid them because we know exactly what their true intentions are. We know how potentially toxic they can be and how easily they can destroy a life/career with false accusations. Because we are so aware, other men feel that we might have an inside track on how to date them. They are missing the whole point. They are not MGTOW. They are set to fail. The only true dating advice a MGTOW can tell another man is don’t!

Not bitter at all. I feel bad for her. She had a bright future when I first met her. I didn’t say there was anything wrong with renting a room.

She’s in her early 40’s I believe. I just spoke with my dad. He said that she is happy with the room that he found for her. She is paying by the week. I asked him if she works and he said she’s unemployed. I asked him where she gets her money and he said he has no idea. He also said that she seemed a bit unstable. Heard my mom say in the background “you should have never gotten involved”....confirming my actions.

My mom told me. It wasn’t to make me feel bad. It was as if to say “she’s not worth your time, she only cares about status”.
/r/MGTOW27/08/19 10:32 PM

It wasn’t about “getting back at her”. The only thing I know is that her mom kicked her out. For her own mother to do that, something major went down. I have no idea what level crazy she is and don’t want to find out. There is also a tenants rights issue. After a certain period, it would take legal force to get her out. The fact that she rejected me many years ago was just the cherry on top.

This was a person who wanted nothing to do with me while she was in law school. I was just a carpet cleaner to her. Her father and brother both doctors, she was not about to settle for someone like me. In addition, I have no idea what caused her own mother to throw her out. That’s a red flag on its own.

I have security footage of her and my dad showing up at my house with her luggage. She waited outside with her luggage while my dad tried to convince me inside. Not sure how to attach these captures to my story. My father seemed to understand me, but I’m sure he won’t change. For the record, my mom was on my side and was upset at him for coming to me. He originally wanted her to stay at his house (he has a finished basement as well), but my mom was against it.

There is no way her blood will be clean. These drugs stay in your system a long time. You said she looks high, so must take some and sell the rest. If she has a legal Rx for these medications, her blood work won’t mean anything. All it shows is that she’s being treated for back pain. However, if you can prove that she is selling them....it’s a different ballgame.

Same thing is occurring in New York City. Till now the smallest you can build a studio apartment is 450 square feet. A few years ago the Nee York mayor realized a new reality. A reality where there are a lot of singles living on their own who could comfortably fit into a 260 square foot apartment. The city sponsored a contest open to architects to come up with the best plan on designing a building with singles in mind with a maximum of 260 square feet. They call them micro apartments. As far as the boyfriend is concerned, you are stating a fact. He has a criminal record that proves he’s a danger to kids. You are not looking like a jealous ex. Best investment advice I got: no one knows for sure what the next best investment is. Invest in the companies of which you buy their products. If you love apple products, get apple stock. If you love adidas, buy their stock. I followed that advice and it hasn’t failed me yet. Avoid penny stock. Raising children together is a whole other ball game. If you two don’t get along now (she proved she can’t be trusted by getting pregnant), it will be at least 10x worse once the stress of a baby is thrown into the mix. You said you would wait 10 years and figure things out then. For one thing, you will be miserable during those 10 years and your son will definitely pick up on that. Secondly, it will be much easier on him if you are not with the mom since birth as opposed to leaving when he’s 10…

Had a crush on a blond in high school. Asked her out and she said no. 25th high school reunion rolls in. I did not go, but they posted pictures on Facebook. Her picture was there. She gained a TON of weight, cut her long blond hair very short, and looked like a train wreck. The ONLY way I was able to recognize her was a name tag she put on. If I was married to that thing, I would have been one miserable guy.

The movement of the watch is a work of art. Highly skilled horologists are chosen for the task of putting it together. The craftsmanship and skill that goes into making a GS is of the highest level. You can buy a watch for $100 that’s more accurate than a GS. But if you value the skill and artistry that’s required of a fine mechanical movement, this watch would be at the top of your list.

I am sure that many landlords received such offers way before tinder (I’m a landlord and it happened). Not only is it illegal to give housing in exchange for sex in New York, but it can open a huge can of worms if a landlord entertains the idea. It is a huge risk for a landlord and most are smart enough to do better. That said, I knew of one landlord who did do this. He wasn’t the sharpest tool in the box.

Saw what you did there 😂. Don’t think you can apply it in a case of false accusation. A woman with a black eye tells cops that she was walking alone at 3am and You walked up to her and punched her in the eye. At 3am you were home alone sleeping with no witnesses around. She named you as the assailant a week after she claims the incident occurred (any bruising on your fist would have healed). Prove you didn’t do it.
/r/MGTOW07/04/19 08:28 PM
13

When you are trying to prove that you didn’t do something it’s proving a negative. It’s much easier to prove that you did something or that something happened as opposed to proving something didn’t happen. That is the crux of the problem.

You are correct. However, there are way too many students entering colleges these days. Seems like every profession is saturated at this time. I would still rather have a STEM degree and looking for a job than a social worker looking for work. Have you looked into accounting? Avoid law and medicine ....way to saturated.

Had a few girlfriends like that. One that stands out was a girl who got herpes from the guy she left me for. She was 19 at the time. /r/Divorce_Men26/03/19 12:45 PM

Yes. 25% down at least. Your mortgage rate will be higher as well because it’s an investment property and not primary residence. So work hard and save. It’s not impossible. Just takes time and a strong commitment...but you’ll get there before you know it.
/r/MGTOW25/03/19 07:56 PM
1

Start saving and analyze your local market (how’s the demand, vacancy rate, appreciation, taxes....etc). Once you save enough $$$, got to a local RE broker (I prefer small new firms) and tell them you are looking to purchase an INVESTMENT property. See what they offer and do some math.
/r/MGTOW25/03/19 07:53 PM

Mixed use or commercial. Never invest in a single family. If you buy a 20 family building and 2 vacate, you won’t feel it.
/r/MGTOW25/03/19 02:57 PM
1

Keep on doing what your doing. Live with your parents and rent instead of buying. In a few years you will have enough to put down on an investment property. Having that steady a second income will provide security. At that point you can take risks with your personal career. FYI...more people have become millionaires from real estate than any other investment.

Your sarcasm is obvious. Go to your local chain pharmacy (rite aid, CVS, etc) and ask the pharmacist if they are stressed.
