Oh yeah. I'm a physician myself and these female Doctors are about 1/3 of a male doctor. Not because they aren't smart. Not because they aren't capable. No. It's because they expect to be able to work less and get paid the same amount (they come later and leave earlier... their excuse is they have "kids"). And then, when they get pregnant they take maternity leave for months.. Leaving everybody else doing their job while they get paid the same salary. And of course the government forces you to hire them because nobody would want to otherwise. They just don't put in the time necessary to be a real asset. And then, like you said, a lot of them just retire before contributing much at all. So overall, more female doctors = worsening physician shortage. It actually has nothing to do with coronavirus and everything to do with how most of them are, naturally

TLDR version of above linked article: even women surgeons and women doctors in general choose to work less than men; this results in less return on investment to train a women compared to a man. The more women you train, the more it costs the NHS/government, and the more doctors you need in total.

My comments about women doctors: In Canada, doctors make enough money so that it is financially profitable for a women doctor to go back to work and pay for a full-time nanny. If ever there was a case to go back to work, it's a doctor. Women doctors work a lot less, more likely to retire before 65 or work a couple days a week.

Nobody is 'oppressing' these doctors. Women work less because they want to.

I often wonder if the deep state or globalist elite (the puppeteers of the cucks and feminists) or whatever you call them are becoming reactionary to MGTOW. A few months back I heard TFM talking about how corrupt and overpriced the medical industry was and how free market capitalism can't take over because of insurance. And since everyone is on it, it's just basically evolved into a racket. Late last year I found out my health insurance was going to hit 15% of my after tax income and finally said fuck this and canceled it. I hope this raises the price for everyone else and inspires them to also cancel it like I did cause GOING YOUR OWN WAY is the ONLY WAY to destroy a shitty thing that shouldn't exist.

Sadly, I think word started to spread a bit on this concept. And suddenly a pandemic scare from the puppeteers suddenly came out of nowhere. Almost as if they needed to remind everyone that they are insurance aphids and have to pay their secret serf tax.

I'm still going to continue ahead though. Still don't have a reason to play along with this society.

Yup. In Japan we had a big scandal about a medical uni favouring boys. This made national news and tonnes of Americans screamed how awful ly sexist Japan is. I find this especially hilarious considering all American unis favour women with affirmative action and shit but hey imagine women being able to spot irony.

Anyway they went on how because they think its cos girls are dumber blah blah. No its not. Its because we have an aging population and a huge portion of women will have a baby and drop out. Working here as a doctor is tough sometimes 40 hour shifts. Women want a quick out and have a baby. Now we have an aging population and our doctors will decreased massively. But thats fine if it means equality. So all the dead people who die of doctor shortages are on the hands of feminism

this is already happening in japan. it's so bad the med schools got caught up in a scandal where they were editing female applicant scores down if they didn't think the women would stick it out. the number of expert doctors since women were allowed to be admitted to medicine has only gone down, not up.

basically what happens is women act all equal in their 20s, and usually drop out of whatever they're doing in their 30s or early 40s. they never return.

that's fine when you're talking about some disposable labor unit in a job only other women want, but because med-school seats are very limited, anyone who takes up a seat but isn't going to stick it out for 40 years as a doctor is indistinguishable from ass cancer.

nowadays, women are pursuing that shit solely as a status symbol. it's like the ultra-rich who prove how rich they are by buying an ultra-expensive yacht and never using it. that's who these women are trying to emulate.

Went on a date with a female anesthesiologist way before this pandemic. She was tinny at around 5’2” and 100 pounds. Very delicate/sensitive/emotional. She just passed her boards. I can’t possibly imagine her working with the covid population. I picture her in the corner of the ER sitting in a fetal position crying....

One of the dumbest things they did was end 24 hr rotations. Corona makes that seem like a vacation.
