I assume the attorneys are working out the details but at those numbers you’ll need child support ( I’d stay silent with the other side until it’s brought up). She may not think she’d have to pay and might change her mind about custody. It sounds like she’d be terrible for your daughter. Having to pay child support ain’t gonna make her suddenly decide be a good mom. Either way, I’m really sorry for you and your daughter. It just sucks that people who don’t want to be parents, have kids.

DO NOT DO THIS. Don’t risk any consequences that may jeopardize the custody of your son. Be there to be serious and to support your son. If you are there, your ex may make the mistake of saying she’s a good mother. She should not have driven in that condition. PERIOD, with or without your son. She endangered your son, she endangered others. What if she had killed people? You need to be the serious one. This is not the time for joking. The kids are grown. I worry about their disowning me. I’m not cheating, no more abuse, no addiction. I mean I’d kinda want to agree to share the grandkids equally. I assume my wife will be petty, she seams that way now on every disagreement.

Oh, and you are 25, it might feel as if you have done “nothing “ with your life, but you have a long life ahead of you and it will get better, if you let it. Mourn for your relationship, but move .

I agree with the leave it philosophy. No Yelp reviews etc. But you may want to contact the owner of the restaurant with the information as it might save their asses from a harassment lawsuit, at least that would be the premise.

I was never physically abusive, but I’d rage and scare the shit out of her.

Aside from intimacy, what is the rest of the marriage like? Do you enjoy your non-sexual time with her? Do you see her enjoy being with you and the kids? Is there any happiness in your time with her?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
