My mom is completely a pick me and I’ll never forgive her for allowing her husband to treat me the way he has over the years. He’s emotionally abused me, bullied me, and been a complete asshole. She’s had excuses for him every time. She was going to let me get arrested last year after he kept taunting me and running in my face. It’s disgusting. She never sees anything wrong with his behavior and is pretty much his servant. It’s embarrassing to watch. She taught me to always kiss a mans ass no ma…

Ugh and they get so offended when you say no to having sex with them even though they’ve made it clear they don’t see your worth.

This is how I feel also at 32. Men are just too aggravating to deal with at this point and it just makes me not want to associate with them 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve struggled with this thought a lot because quite a few of my exes/shitty men I was involved with- seem to be happy in relationships and living life, while I deal with the trauma they gave me. But fuck em, they’ll always be narcissistic assholes, people don’t change. And I’m doing a lot better without the negativity and toxicity in my life anyway.

My friend always says this to me but yet her husband has cheated multiple times and doesn’t help her around the house or with anything. My mom always says this to me too but she is her husbands slave, all he has to do is come home from work and he gets dinner, lunches packed, a clean house, she makes all his phone calls and appts, grocery shops etc. And I’m just like, I never want to be married to someone if that’s what it would be. No thank you, I’ll enjoy my singleness instead.

My ex told everyone I was crazy because whenever he was angry or starting a fight over nothing, he would start shit talking to me via text and verbally being mean as hell and tearing me down. So I would block him. And in return he would tell me I have mental problems and that I’m crazy and how he’ll never be with a girl who blocks him. Lol okay.

I’ve seen this posted on fb and the male replies sounded so ridiculous. One reply was that “well that one dick is the same size and multiple dicks are different sizes” .... so beyond stupid that they think this way. It’s a joke.

Right? Men are disgusting. He tried to make me think I’m crazy that it didn’t happen and then kept asking “but wouldn’t it be hot though” (if I slept with his friend) Ugh.

Men are scary. I’ve been mid sex with a guy and when he was going too far I would say no stop I don’t want to do that and then he would kick me off of him and I would feel so stupid. Just sitting there naked and feeling stupid and crying. Also had an ex, who if I would say no to sex- would kick me out and make me go home. So there’s times I had sex when I didn’t even want to have sex, I just didn’t want to fight. Or the ex who would secretly record me while having sex. One time I was blindfolded…

I know a lot of men who still want a 1950s housewife, it’s sad. My toxic ex used to complain how he deserves a hot meal every night because he’s a man and how men don’t belong in the kitchen. He also complained about having to pack his lunches because that wasn’t his job either. Lol so you want me to also work a lot, pay bills, grocery shop, clean, cook, pack your lunch (I did most of this a lot of the time) all while you offer me nothing but a headache? No thanks.

I’ve known a few men that hate going down on women but expect blowjobs constantly. Also some of them refuse to make out and things like that. Men want it all but yet want to give the bare minimum I swear.

My moms husband is mentally abusive and I finally spoke up about it and told people, and my mother and his family hate me for it. I now feel crazy as if I shouldn’t have told people but fuck that it’s been 20 years of keeping my mouth shut.

Oh my god I would hear the attention thing too. And get called an attention whore and how I must love the attention so much. Meanwhile he would post selfies, brag about everything, and posted MY money pretending it was his. Men are hypocritical as fuck.

My ex made get rid of all social media because he wasn’t comfortable with the pictures I post (it’s not that serious, I show my butt off in leggings sometimes) meanwhile he would constantly post girls twerking, and girls asses but somehow it was irrational If I got mad about it. Gross.

That’s along the lines of what happened to me too! He was being irrational and angry and constantly getting mad at me over nothing. He was arguing with himself one day driving me absolutely crazy (I would call it his crisis of the day) and he said “this just isn’t working out” and my reply was “nah I guess it’s not” and he then was like “wow I guess this shows how much you really give a shit about me” ... boy bye.

Shortly after blaming me for the windows being shot out, he then got arrested for another road rage incident where he threatened to kill someone. He then got his license suspended. Which he also blamed me for. But he’s some other chicks problem now!

“Women are too emotional” makes me lol. I’ve known plenty men who are super emotional and needy and want their ass kissed. I’ve been the more laid back one in my relationships. My ex was a scary driver with road rage. I thought I was going to die multiple times. He dead stopped in the middle of a HIGHWAY just because someone pissed him off. And got his windows shot out another time with me in the car. Men are terrible drivers.

My ex complained about how he was gonna starve every night if I didn’t cook. So I was supposed to cook, clean, make his lunch, do his laundry etc all because “men don’t belong doing that stuff” I couldn’t stand him and he put me through hell. Never again.

That’s the situation I used to be in. I was financially and emotionally supporting one of my exes after he came back to me after breaking up with me for someone else and that didn’t work out. I should have told him to fuck off but instead I got sucked in. And he did the same exact thing. Never again investing into someone who doesn’t invest in me. We deserve the best, not trash men who throw crumbs at us. They are worth nothing.

Lmao online dating feels like a weird interview or some shit. I stopped going on dating apps a while ago because I got tired of answering the same boring questions like this. And constantly being told I’m a catfish and how I should be ashamed of myself.

My ex tried that on me all the time! It was always a sob story about his childhood and I’d be like but you’re 29 years old that does not excuse your shitty ass behavior and attitude. Always tried to make me feel sorry for him so that I would do shit for him. Pathetic.

I have low self esteem and get very insecure about myself so I cling to my relationships even when they’re shitty. But I’ve learned a lot and I’m done looking desperate or tolerating being treated like shit. I deserve better than a piece of shit.

I was in a situation like this with one of my exes. We were together every day and night, I helped with his bills, cooking, shopping, emotional support etc so I thought we were back together. One day his friend said “you guys look very good together” and my ex got extremely pissy and disgusted and said we weren’t together. I felt so angry and embarrassed. Shortly after, I walked away. He didn’t chase me. And not even two months later was with someone new. Men aren’t shit. Never settle for half a…

My ex had road rage everyday. Constantly getting out of the car trying to fight people for the littlest things. He almost got me killed, because one time he got us chased down the highway doing 120 because he threatened and tried to fight the wrong person and got his window shot out. I was terrified. Almost getting me killed for absolutely no reason. Or he used dead stop in the middle of the highway. He was insane. Come to find out he got arrested for getting out in the middle of traffic and thr…

I’m 31, about to be 32 and this is also the typical male ive encountered. It’s really discouraging. None of my boyfriends have treated me well either, I’ve been in some pretty horrible relationships. I feel you on feeling like you’ll never find a good man, because I have yet to find one either, and i don’t even have the energy for dating anymore. I’m burnt out. I would love to be settled down in a good relationship but men are terrible.

My ex claimed I wasn’t playing my part because he paid the rent on HIS apartment that I wasn’t even living in, just staying a lot. It was definitely abuse. I would be yelled at and ridiculed. One day I asked his jar of sauce preference and he went into a rampage of what kind of person do I think he is not eating homemade sauce. It was then I realized he is trash.

I’m 31 and I end up feeling the same way about myself because of the complete losers I’ve dated and met. It’s like I cannot find anyone decent and It makes me feel as if something is wrong with me. I have a lot of emotional trauma and ptsd to work through from all the abuse I’ve dealt with, so I’m sure that’s partly what has clouded my judgment at times. But I’m working through it. You also have to realize a majority of men these days are just awful. It’s not you. It’s extremely hard to find a H…

He would go on rants about all these things his ex would do for him and how he’s used to being taken care of. And how he’s “used to a hot meal every night” and would say he’s gonna starve if I didn’t cook for him. Absolutely insane. They act so entitled.

My ex would have legit child like tantrums if I didn’t do things like fold his laundry for him or pack his lunches for work. Also completely hated grocery shopping. “Men don’t do that stuff” was his mindset. I felt like a mom/therapist/bank. Never again.

I hung out with one of my exes months after we broke up. I would sleepover every night, help pay his bills, buy food and groceries etc. He then told me he “doesn’t have time for a relationship right now” and told me he “liked what we have” I accepted that at the time because I thought I had to respect his feelings too. I didn’t learn anything about dating from my mother. I’ve watched her kiss my stepdads ass since I was very young. I watch her do everything from cook, clean, grocery shop, pay bills, laundry, pack his lunch, take care of his parents, pick up his medications, make his phone calls, etc and all he has to do is come home from work and sit there. I’ve brought this up to her and her response is that he “works hard” (but so does she) and that “she’s married and it’s her job because that’s what you do …

It’s also not healthy to feel like you can’t talk about how you’re feeling. But that’s what happens with a toxic partner. I bottled up all my emotions in my last relationship because I was too afraid of causing a fight or him saying something that would just make me feel worse.

I still live home at 31, and it’s only because renting here is ridiculously expensive and I’m saving so I can just go buy a house instead of wasting it on rent. It makes more sense to me. I pay all my own bills, work, go to school, have a decent car, etc. Of course I would prefer not having to still be home, but it is what it is for now. If a man is in the same predicament as me, I wouldn’t judge. Now, if he still lived home with no goals and still living off mommy and daddy’s money- that’s a re…

I watch my mom constantly kiss my stepdads ass, cooking, cleaning, running his errands, making his lunch, serving him dinner, buying him beer etc and it just baffles me. Because he can’t so much as make a reservation at a nice restaurant and take her out. He will go if SHE does all the work and make the plans. But god forbid he do it. That relationship didn’t last long because of things like that. He really asked me “why I would take pics like that and send them” which is where I started to feel ashamed. Not to mention the person who posted the pics also leaves comments to make it look like multiple guys have gotten with me when they haven’t. It’s so disgusting. I wish someone had my back to the point they’d pay them a visit. Sigh.

I know who did it, but I can’t do anything about it, that’s what kills me. And my recent ex boyfriend got sent the link to it, and completely made me feel terrible. He said he knew there was “red flags” with me and he knew I was too good to be true, and how it’s embarrassing the world can see his girlfriend naked. I felt so low.
