I think the warning that you just want to dump emotions and don't want a solution is very helpful though. I personally would NEVER dump emotions and get mad at an offered solution, but women do... it is a helpful middle ground for this vastly different communication style men and women have that is very common. I'm literally a troubleshooter and problem solver by trade, haha

Oh man. I thought the "one" was a single mom of two kids last year, I spent a year trying to go above and beyond for her, but after moving in I got Covid and she left and just...never came back and I found out she'd been posting stuff about her ex/baby daddy on FB still. That one really was the last straw for my "trust" so I'm kind of doing my own thing working on self-improvement but expecting to be on my own from here on out. I find it very hard to empathize with any of the "where are the good…

But, as an addendum, I don't really ask most girls and anyway even if I do I go by the 3x rule.

This. As a guy, if I ask you your # and then find out that you didn't include a bunch of guys you blew, there's no way to interpret that except as intentional deception. You can refuse to answer, but you can't lie if you do.

Most women would rather be plates, sadly, hoping to get selected by the top guys than to be an average man's ride or die. What I find interesting is as a man on an upward trajectory, I find myself getting pickier and pickier and less trusting, because I know I gave 100% trust in the past and have been screwed for very small sums of money in the grand scheme of things. In other words: I think a woman who stuck by me in the early days would get a much better and emotionally richer output from me b…

I think online dating and apps are way worse for interpersonal relationships than porn or OF. And I do think that porn is bad for the brains and that OF is a horrorshow. But I can simply not simp on OF and choose to not watch porn and then it's "affects" are not affecting me. But the affects of dating apps hurts us all whether we're on them or not (and I think a man would have to be seriously stupid to be on a dating app unless he's in the top 5% anymore).

I think this might depend on who the guy is. Now that I am (forgive me for using cliche language) more "high value" than I used to be, it's only now that I really value and respect my time. When I was hard working but young and broke, I allowed women to completely waste my time because my time didn't mentally "click" with my money and thus "value" yet. In other words, now if a woman said to me "I didn't want you to have to waste time so I did ____ so you wouldn't have to ____" my ears would perk…

Ask him for his advice on a decision, then actually implement what he says.

The idea of a MAN sending a woman a crying selfie...wow I feel very out of place as a man in 2023.

There's a guy who would love you, who wouldn't constantly talk about other women, he'd be focused on you. Why arent you finding that guy?

He doesn't care how you feel, so why would he stop?

way women do. Now some men obviously do, but those men are typically more empathetic and aren't likely to sing about cheating to the point their girlfriend asks them to stop. Am a guy can confirm this guy sounds like VERY bad news. Also, it is not "loving" to continue to joke about something that dumb, that you have tried every way to get him to stop. He's intentionally showing you he does NOT care about basic boundaries with you. My ex wife would NEVER shut up about sleeping with celebrities, o…

"It got so bad at the end I felt like I was married to a man." Jeez this sounds exactly like how it was with my ex wife. Now you have me wondering what getting the IUD out would've been like...just emotionally distant, trying to compete with me all the time, not making any efforts to be feminine for me and just a masculine ATTITUDE that is so hard to describe.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
