So I've got junior leader female "PT Studs" who can barely keep up with their male soldiers in an effort to get them to just pass their tests.

This involves lifting and moving heavy desks, weapons racks, etc. The moment the hard, physical labor enters the picture, a Moses-like parting of the sexes unfolded as all the males began the backbreaking endeavor, while the females stood off to the side and watched.

I'm a platoon sergeant in the US Army. I've recently been involved scheduling troops through 24 hour field rotation. Every female I assign the 'hard' shifts to (12 hour nights/weekends) complains and tells me I'm not 'being fair', then goes up the chain of command to weasel themselves onto the easy shifts. Today I'm told I gotta work the night shifts. What do I do? Say ok, and get the job done.
