I picked clothes that are cheap, but good quality. Nothing from H&M is good quality. Anything I've ever bought from there has been crap. Shirts that shrink tons when you wash them, shoes that fall apart in weeks, sweaters that disintegrate from regular use, I could go on... I understand why people shop at H&M, it's cheap and the styles are current with decent fit. But the quality is so bad you'll probably end up losing money in the long run. I prefer to shop at sales and outlet stores of higher …

Here's the problem I have: her - "where do you want to eat?" me - "I wanna go to x" her - "no I don't want x food tonight" me - "ok... how about we go to y" her - "no I don't like that place" me - "okkk...... let's go to z" her - "ew no" me - "well fuck I'm out of suggestions, you just pick" her - "why am I the one who always has to decide?!" Edit: Seriously if someone has an effective way to deal with this situation I'd love to hear it. Half the fights I have with girls are over this kind of st…

As far as Tinder is concerned... Since you're not following the 2 rules you might as well not have it. Especially if not getting any matches is hurting your self-esteem.

Whole thing sounds great, but I've never been to a restaurant that actually uses such a method...

Well I wasn't planning on marrying her. A night's worth of fun was pretty much all I was looking for. I was just hoping that it would have gone a little further and maybe the night could have ended in her bed.

After having some time to digest the whole thing that's basically the conclusion I came to. I had a lot of fun and there's no point trying to force anything. At no point do I think any girl is committed or obliged to have sex with me. More often than not, though, sex is my intention and I tried to make that clear to her. You're absolutely right about the push-pull stuff and I should have used that more effectively. Thanks for your input!

I thought I was actually being really aggressive with her. I "corralled" her, if you will, by backing her into something and putting my arms on either side of her and pushing myself into her several times. I grabbed her by the throat and pulled her hair when we were making out. But she still resisted. The thing is, it was clearly a playful resistance and that's what drove me nuts. She was toying with me and I couldn't get her to crack. What else could I have done?

Yeah I had this thought too. If she was being such a cold bitch towards me, I would have tested the waters with the roommate.

Ah I see dude. Still, I think I would rather spend time with her and just deal with the hurt later if that turns out to be the case. You might seriously regret it, and that feeling is worse than anything else. I know it's an old cliche but I find that "better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all" usually holds true.

Sounds like an ideal situation to me. You come home and bang her on your time off school and don't worry about it otherwise. I don't know why you would want to complicate it by asking "where this is headed". How did you expect to have a committed relationship if you're both so busy with school anyway? And why would you stop seeing her while you're home? Enjoy the time you spend together and just don't get too attached.

From my experience drugs make a lot of people act like assholes. So it could just be that. However...you are overreacting a bit. You guys couldn't go to the bar because you forgot your license, she graciously invited you over to her place, and she offered you weed which you turned down. To be honest it seems like you came off as kind of boring. I don't think it was unreasonable for her to ask you to leave when she did. No reason to get so pissed off. She was clearly shit-testing you by ignoring …

If you're in school this one also works: "Really? I have a midterm." "????" "I thought we were naming things we can cheat on."

You handled this really well man. Don't know what this girl's problem is, but it seems like she's the one with some issues she needs to work out... I don't even understand what she's trying to argue.

She's flaking because she DOESN'T KNOW YOU. SHE'S NOT COMFORTABLE MEETING UP WITH SOMEONE SHE DOESN'T KNOW. It has NOTHING to do with whether she's "attracted" to you initially. Newsflash, you're a stranger. You NEED to make her comfortable to meet up with you. This. You absolutely nailed it. A lot of guys don't think of this, myself included until just now, but you're right. The tendency is to skip from the initial meeting to first date with very limited interaction in between. If you make her …
