I wake up, read the daily news on internets, ride my gixxer 750 if it's nice out. Then go walk/run and after that go drink beer somewhere and monitor my stocks. Work around the house, etc. Was working as an engineer (contract) but quit when covid started out of mask frustration and other stressful work related bullshit. Going solo to Greece in august for a month. Looking forward to it.

Working out, like jogging, is one of those things that takes a little time to start enjoying and seeing results. If you just start walking and build up to jogging, it would take a few months, but you'd feel great while and after doing it. The bonus would be all the weight you would lose.
