I get what you are saying, honestly I do , however, my question is really is that if our wives are the oldest teenagers in the room, do we really really at bad behavior go unaddressed? If my son was an asshole, I would not simply ignore it and act like it never happened. I’d my teenage son got shit faced and got arrested, would I simply just act like it didn’t affect me?

Someone is on the spectrum here and it isn’t your wife.

Bro that’s my fear. ALL of my fat is on my stomach. Guess I will have to drop weight and find out.

How long could you keep that up?

Tracking calories daily and weight weekly. Feeling ok. Pretty tired usually but I think that’s to be expected. I’m going to go back to ketogains 5x5 and be sure to do the HIIT days twice a week.

Close, i'm not as tall as Fred. More like the penguin from batman returns. I feel like i can make strength gains after i lose the fat, which is my primary goal, If that means higher reps then whatever. The higher heart rate is why is added the Stairmaster. Thanks for the input, i appreciate it.

The walking to dog twice a day for an hour was just a note on top of the other things. But i get you're point. No criticisms of the weight lifting routine? should I go back to just 5x5 with accessories?

In your opinion, how much can you safety and effectively lose in a year? I have a goal date to look as good as i possible can by June of next year ( of course the earlier to better). I'm still a fat fuck, but have made good progress. H: 5'8" SW:238 CW:212 BF: 30% +- 5% my current program is a 3x5 ICF cutting program, main lifts with some accessories, and 20 minutes on the stairmaster 3x a week. I walk the dog at least once a day sometimes twice, minimum 30 minutes. Do sets of pushups throughout …

No I haven't yet. I had a surgery scheduled that got in the way. I'm going to commit to losing 10% of my body weight and a solid 6 weeks in the gym (after surgery recover) to see how I feel.

Yeah. I'm not seeing anything from the HIIT. I'm going to do the walking ad you and someone else suggested. Thanks.

Would you suggest upping calories or cutting back on training?

You used this place before?

This has been my assumption. I have been tracking diligently for three weeks. There must be something sneaking in that either I'm not aware of or vastly underestimation.

So you think my increased exercise and diet are leaving me drained?

Thanks for the insight. I'm going to at least go talk to a dr and see what they think.

I am logging using MFP. I am trying to keep macros at I have calipers but I don't use them right. I think the best is to do the tape measure around belly button. I'll get one today. Im keeping around 150g, protein at 225g and fat at 56.

I will edit the post. But yes. I've been lifting. StrongLifts 5x5 for a few months. Buckled down these past 4 weeks. Exercise 6 days a week. 3 days HIIT, 3 days lifting. I'm very overweight. Have been my whole life, my lightest was 195, right before I met my wife (imagine that). Ballooned all the way up to 270, currently at 230. BF is probably 30-35%. So yes. I'm a fat tub of fuck. Calories a day are around 2000.

I need to lose weight. I'll focus on huge muscle gains when I'm not a fat fuck.

I think recent news has shown the anti fat argument was rigged. Paid off by the sugar industry. Modern science is showing again and again that sugar is the enemy, not fat.

So do they eat normal? Or whatever you make they eat? I find adding kids to the mix makes it alittle more complicate. I have 2 under 4 as well.

You lift during keto or any other exercise?

I agree, I was just wondering. I said below that sometimes it comes across that to be RP, you have to make XXX amount of money and OWN YOUR SHIT, which i know is not what is meant by most.
/r/askMRP25/08/16 03:46 PM

This is probably true, perhaps a sort of bragging? I dunno i was just wondering. It there seems, among some, that a certain amount of money is required to be hard core RP. which of course it bullshit.

she does say she likes it, this may be a good idea.

i like this advice. thanks for the help and input. I'll try this both myself and while having sex.

for about a month now I only drink one or two nights a week. 3-4 beers max or a couple glasses of wine.

I think edging will help. I've tried to do it before but get impatient. I've also asked the wife to do the start stop but she gets wild and doesn't want to wait. At least she's not bothered by it but i would like to take her to pound town longer, i show she would love it.

I did that once.. Now i'm not allowed within 1000 feet of a school.

How much earlier? we have two small kids and really the only time i can would be at my 630 am shower. its all work and kids until about 8pm. I will try this tomorrow and combine that with the other advice.

I have this stuff call promiscent, its pretty good.. The only problem is that you have to put it on like 10 minutes before sex to avoid transferring and desensitization your partner.

I'll give it a shot.

yeah, I probably haven't been distracting myself properly, but I believe the last time i tired this it only bought me a few seconds.. but i will attempt again, perhaps imagine something gross

No i don't need to think to maintain and erection, i get them all the time and have no problem getting it up. I suppose this is blessing and curse.

I have some spray called Promiscent. It works great, only problem is you have to spray it on about 10 minutes before to avoid it transferring to your partner. But it may be my only option.

No, Wife has an IUD.

Hmmm, good question. In my younger days it was super quick, a matter for a couple of minutes. Now i'd say its probably closer to 10 or 15 for me to be able to maintain. I do last longer, but we rarely even go again. She loves being fingered hard so i usually get her off by doing that, but i'm not satisfied with foreplay being the main way she gets off. So the times we have gone hard she's usually spend afterwards, but I would like to be able to go longer at actual sex than just relying on second…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
