I've found that selling items to women on CL or Kijiji (Canada) is almost always harder. I list everything you could need to know in my ads, and pick fair prices (That I'm usually able to negotiate) Some women, it's taken 20 back and forth messages to try to negotiate a a $20 vacuum cleaner, and then they have the gall to ask if I'd take less, but don't bring change....

Yes and no. Similar common law, but no guaranteed alimony. Relevant reading: https://www.educaloi.qc.ca/en/capsules/common-law-couples-making-life-together-without-being-married

I bought a house last summer. The lawyer going over the contract with me before the official transaction. In our brief meeting, with small talk, he told me two noteworthy things. One, his Daughter (who was his business partner) was a typical AWALT. Two, don't get married, and don't have daughters. He alluded that his divorce had cost him the equivalent of a Ferrari.

TRP moves the goal posts of "Alpha" and "Beta" to suit whatever argument they want. Many of the men that have been brought down by Poundmetoo are what TRP would have called alphas. It may be a beta trap in the sense that men who go on to support women in public and say "NAMALT, I am different" are in fact different" are defacto betas.

My secret was to lie on dates, or bend the truth. Does she really need to know the name of the company you work for? You could have said you worked for an HVAC company and if she presses you just flip the question on her. A while back I had a girl ask me all the super narrow questions, so I said: "Do you want my mother's maiden name and Social Insurance while were at it?" Or sometimes, I just say " those are all boring details anyways, let's talk about something fun! And change the topic. It wor…

Say something like: I’m waiting for someone who manages their money better. Or I’m waiting for someone who shares more of the same values as me. Something like that always works for me.

You need to keep a journal. It’ll help you to organize your thoughts and clear you mind. Then you need to workout. At least 30 minutes a day. Meditation if you want to. Healthy eating. Get out of the house and find something to do. Read a good book.

What does education have to do with finding a suitable match? how does SHE define "Suitable?" The real problem is that modern women want everything. Every single woman believes that her vagina should entitle her to an Alpha Bucks. (Not just a Chad) She wants the complete package: Love, money, looks, charisma, good values, etc. She believes she deserves that. That's the problem, it's not that there aren't enough men around, It's that her filter is way too narrow.

Never tell them what you do, although you'll probably stick out like a sore thumb, especially if you have a high and tight (And if you're white or black). If you travel around the country, try to pass off as a poor student. Never tell them you have money.

Fact Check: http://archive.is/Srb1O Penetrative sex doesn't necessarily mean vaginal sex. It's from a gay guy thread.... Nothing to see here, move along.

If you think the wall is just about looks, you're mistaken. A woman, can and will always be able to have casual sex easily and rapidly. Whether it's clubs, online dating, etc. The setup for the wall is threefold. 1 Woman's looks decline, some more than others. 2. Women want to have kids/wedding/find prince charming in a hurry. 3. These women are looking for a purpose in their lives (Because they've spent their 20's partying, "dating" losers, and working dead-end retail jobs. They suddenly want t…

But.... if you don't have a woman in your life, you probably don't have to buy presents for anyone.

Since most marriages will end in divorce anyways, the modern wedding has been a Princess party for the last couple decades. It's not about the legality of the wedding, or about the unconditional love, it's about the fact that the bride gets a $30k party. All this Solo wedding does is prove that some women really want the party and how desperate they are to get it... If she's marrying herself, there's a chance that either she's too entitled to settle for the Betabux or even worst she's so horribl…

What if the suit was for work? If I were making 120K, say as an actuary or a stock broker, $500 on a suit is very little. Heck, carpenters sometimes prend $200 on a hammer, so everything said and done, $500 on a work related item is very little.

Statistically speaking, there are twice the amount of single 40 year olds today as there were 30 years ago. So on some level you're absolutely right. Most older men that I know who are single, have been burned by one or two women and don't care/have time/ or feel like pursing women. They much rather have a sports car and live the life they want.

Since this is Men going their own way and not boys going their own way. You have to be financially independent before you can be a man. I don't know the specifics of your mother's financials, but let me throw out a theory. I think your mom is not good with finances. All these years, since your parents divorced, she's been using the money from the CS to pay for her living expenses. Sure, you cost money, but the house food you eat is probably much less that was CS is. If you want to be a pacifist …
