So, was in the supermarket on the way to work today. Picked up my stuff and am at the counter, waiting to pay & there's an old couple ahead of me, around 70ish finishing up paying. Old man looks at me, smiles & says 'Hello mate.' I reply with 'You alright, buddy.' He comes up to me, puts his hand on my shoulder & whispers, 'I hate shopping.' I laugh & say, 'You & me both.' By now I'm packing stuff into my bag, old man's doing the same with his Mrs. He comes back up to me, hand on my shoulder & whispers, 'You're not married are ya?' I say smiling, 'No way, & I'm not gonna be either!' Old man smiles back at me. 'Smart move, it's not worth it.' and walks off, Mrs in tow.

Thanks old man, that meant a lot. You know those moments when life shows you that you're going in the right direction. I think this was one.
