Oh ok. I've only used the Sigmoid activation function for my project (recognize handwritten digits), I've read about ReLu on the Google's Tensorflow / Keras intro, but I hated how Keras has wacky syntax and it abstracts away from me the internal workings. Protein: get in bulk and freeze, prep things like meatballs, etc. and as far as vegetables/desserts, etc. I just buy those fresh daily, whatever I feel like. I eat like a KING for like $15-20 per day tops. This is counting in me eating out every 2 weeks or so. How, you ask? There are free apps you can download for pushups, I've been using one, it's pretty good looking back at the progress graph over time. Also, progress is progress, you can do 3 sets of 3 reps now, when only recently you couldn't even do one.

I mean... I get it, it just seems to me that it would cheapen the 10-hour dish with a preservative-based broth cube water. My point was, it seems it would make more sense to just let the beef, chilies and whatever other ingredients, simmer their own broth. What I find helpful is light house work like sweeping or doing dishes, etc. which helps partially distract my mind, and I always feel better. One of the ways they rehabilitated Vietnam vets with PTSD was with work therapy, they'd have them glue boxes for a few hours a day, same principle. I've never sought professional help for this, but what helps me is light exercise like interval jogging. I was into plane models as a kid, I remember we talked about how when it lands, it takes a few minutes before they can approach it because of the heat. Also you can cut paper on its wings. :D probably exaggeration. Anyway, an awesome engineering gem. I also like F-117, except for how many times it crashed into terrain because of its design. Human eye is still more reliable than any sensors and nav computers.
