I have 50+ old father who is living now with his mother, grandfather died 15 years ago.

My father was successful(no uni degree but like 1-2% financially in my country), good looking men in the past who fucked a lot of women(probably 100+). Had his own successful company with his friend between 1990/2000. However he got bipolar disorder in his 30s and went crazy, he went to mental hospital almost every year. He was raping/beating my mother claiming that he is messiah and stupid shit like that, abusing alcohol when on meds(let's say my childhood wasn't very happy).

He had sad childhood too, he had father acting in the same fashion. My father beat up my grandfather up when he was 18. I had the same things sadly with my father... However after 2010 my father got better meds, stopped drinking, smoking and gambling on net. He had started to be normal. He is obese, has diabetes type 2, was smoking for almost 30 years 2-3 packets of cigarrets a day (he had stopped smoking somehow for half year)

So the thing is I'm atheist now and I don't believe in afterlife sadly... My father is in his early 50 and he doesn't have much time left and this time will be miserable unless someone assists him somehow.

He acts normal now but has nothing going on for him and is just slowly awaiting death... He had a lot of health problems because of not giving a shit (sugar, no exercise, alcohol etc).

He calls my mother via phone a lot but my mother mostly ignores him and receives calls via pity. He barely has any teeths and is on welfare and besides welfare acquring some small income doing some things at home for previous friends. I know I could not give a shit and smile that my father who beat me and said 'I fucked a lot of women and it's likely that you might have siblings' 10 years ago will die. However he is still my father. He did a lot of shit for which I resent him but he also did some good things. What can I do for him and improve his life? My father took my grandfather for some fancy vacations. However my father barely speaks english nowadays, I had tried redpilling him this week, to not give calls to my mother(briffault's law) - just sent him some emails but not feedback yet.

What can I do to extend the life of my father, and make his last years enjoyable in such way that he remembers that nevertheless what he did he had nice children?

Call him more often, redpill him, get him some teeths, try to get him on some diet(send him some money for meals and introduce him to exercies), visit him, take him on vacations, so he has these 10-20~ years enjoyable?

What do you guys think, and if you were my father what would you wish for? I will forever have some resentment towards my father for what he did but still.... he is my only father.
