As I recall, this image is based on the myth wherein the Buddhist version of Satan tried to tempt him from reaching enlightenment with many distractions, one of which was sexual temptation using his daughters. It failed, and the only thing left he had to use was a reflection of Buddha himself, attempting to tempt him with his own ego. It was only after Buddha rejected even his own ego that he became enlightened, which is honestly the same basic path as MGTOW, only not so extreme.

Ew, that's quite the collection of fugly chicks. I swear I thought the one in the top right playing the flute was a man with a mustache till I saw the tit. And even then I still had to convince myself that it wasn't a dude with tits pulling a Buffalo Bill and tucking away his landing gear where we couldn't see it.
