Thanks for the link. Didn't read it all, but sounds like you're on a good track. I leanfire'd in the US. No cost healthcare from the VA. An old duplex in rural TN which cost me $20k out of pocket and pays for itself. No other debts. A reliable used car. My rolling 12 month average expenses are $840/month. It's a great life.
