Levels? As i said MGTOW is neither the phases of a video game. In summary, there are as many types of MGTOW as there are people who practice it, that is, having in common not having long-term relationships with women.

The rage of the red pill is a stage, if you are stuck in it, you have a problem.

The difference between the red pill and MGTOW is that the knowledge of the red pill teaches you how the world really is, also the human nature. The Red Pill just stands for the truth. You can be red pilled about different subjects. MGTOW are men that know the truth about female nature or women.

Red Pill Rage is a natural response to seeing your brothers getting abused. You are going to red pill rage throught your life. There is nothing wrong with that just don't stay in anger it's not good for your health. Take a break when you need to and relax.

Red Pill Rage is telling you there is something wrong and it needs to change.

Difference between being red pill vs being MGTOW

Red pill is the instrument to get the knowledge. MGTOW is putting in practice the act of taking control of yourself and going your way, your rules, etc. You can fuck girls, yes, but you control all. Some MGTOWs decide to go monk mode, it is also acceptable since, again, it's a way of doing things you want, not what society or women want. Remember that.
