According to multiple females I know approaching them in public transport is a complete no go. I think it was "Tren city" or something like that - a facebook group made by a youtuber that according to himself has had sex with more than 200 women - can help you. All your questions cannot be answered for all the clubs in your country or city. All this depends on the club. Some clubs charges 100 dollars for a table and some charges 5000 dollars - and sometimes theres different prices on the tables. You need to study the clubs you want to go to and check their websites or just go there.
