If your argument is in regards to sex then yes, the woman has more power... but this is linited to sex. When people say a man has more power than a women its because in general, we men face far less prejudice than women do. That being said women still have less power than men, by a lot. You know this, everyone does. There are some aspects in society where women have more power like sex, but these are limited.
