Do you have a book recommendation on urine? Or should I look it up online? I've read all your comments in this thread and am familiar with most of them, I live a primal lifestyle, but have never heard of urine being antibacterial etc. Edit: Oh, shit! Your Own Perfect Medicine is a book about urine. But it's $40 on amazon, should I get it there or elsewhere? Edit2: I found a free pdf and am downloading now and sending it to my kindle.

I just now bought The Power of Your Breath! I've trained myself to breathe through nose and my diaphragm, had known about it since high school choir but have only recently made it a permanent habit for the sake of lifting at the gym. essential for ab work. I'm interested in what Anders says about the science and more nuanced details of breathing. Thanks for recommendation.
