I go on bike trips and road trips alone and some of the most peaceful things. Just watches Siri, put on a podcast or some music... in the coming years I want to try to do some kind of cross-country bike trip by myself and just camping fields or in the woods and stuff.

Yep. I'm one of these guys that's glad they got screwed over by women, because now I know the true nature and how to avoid it. I'm just glad I never got an STD or knocked up some chick.

As a guy who has dealt with mental illnesses most of whole life and other crap and is now in my early thirties, this speaks so much truth. Keep working on yourself and strive to get somewhere in life. This isn't some bullshit that will turn into a Disney fantasy with rainbows and butterflies, but it does get better. Want to feel like a king? Stop caring. ( but a quick note about that: you should not strive to be an asshole because that's just wasted energy as well. What you want to focus on is n…

In my undergrad, half the conversations I would over here from female students revolve around their majors of Elementary education or coaching/athletics teaching and little or no talk or any actual future.

Dam. Nice. Just got done with grad school, currently applying for jobs, and I'm getting a bike is at the top of my list. In the meantime, keep riding for the rest of us.

Yes, I suppose like any man I've been horny, but I've also dealt with depression for so long that I've been mostly sexually dead my whole life, so that shit never really got to me anyway.

People, always remember this baseline: as cringy has some shit in might have done in the past, you never produced a child who didn't want, never got an STD, and never married a creature that will steal all your money. A man is rich when he has a piece of mind.

Or more broadly they need validation from women themselves in a never-ending rat race. Yes, in fact I will stay inside of my video games or outside doing my own hobbies, because at least then I'm being true to myself.

Indifference is what happened naturally doing most of my life because I never had many friends anyway and the older I got the more I realized most people are just shit anyway. Most of my online gaming friends have been more genuine and closer to me than most real friends.

Throughout my 20's I kept trying to get a good paying office/corporate type job so I would have money to do what I wanted and maybe even retire early, but there was this ever-present notion in my back of my mind to move to the mountains or at least the countryside. I'm in my early 30's and am looking into doing just that.

Early 30's and it's good you guys are realizing these things at a younger age. I was a beta or whatever in my early 20's so I did not do much with women, but all these years later I'd glad I did not waste too much time, money and energy on them. And even as confused as I was at that age, my logical brain started realizing things were not adding up.

As an older guy, I was only ever with 2-3 women, but between that and simply interacting with female friends or observing women, was enough to make me swear off anything long-term, serious, or marriage and kids. To the younger guys out there: you're really not missing that much by not sleeping with countless number of women. Sure, go and have fun, but at least have other hobbies and interests, as well as reasons to get out of bed each day than just pursuing women. You'll be happier for it in the…

The fact that you are realising all of this in high school is of great significance. Even in my senior year I was still walking around in a sheltered ddduuurrrr state of mind and understanding of the world, and just playing video games. It took me till the end of my early twenties and college 4 things to really start sinking in. Keep doing what you're going OP.

You're smart to have started doing this at your age. I never blew through money, but wish I had worked more and just started stashing money away. Did not know there was a term for this, but I've naturally been doing this most of my life. At first I thought I was just autistic, but I've never understood fashion nor have I cared. As part of being mgtow, I dress and act so plain so people people won't even bother trying to engage with me. When I was younger I hated that I was so socially awkward that I only had a few friends. Early 30's, but have had this notion since about my mid 20's. And this last year it's been such a surge of feeling in my life, I feel like dog ready to piss himself. I'm thinking of moving someplace coastal on the west where I hike and ride by bike. I don't even care about being happy anymore, I just want to be content until I die.

Before WW II, the idea was that whatever was happening within a nation's borders was its own business and that of anyone else. After the atrocities of WW II, there was a general consensus that inhumane shit should no longer be ignored, hence came about things like the U.N., the E.U., etc. and some countries just going straight neutral. But all this time later, countries and governments are tired of having to pay into or for countries crap that do not benefit them. For example: Germany is pretty …

In my college days I hit the clubs like a few times just to see what all the fuss was about and it matches everything on this list. I spent more time staying up all night at LAN parties than I did going to the club and I'm so happy I did. Nerds always get flak for supposedly being so desperate, but spend 30 seconds scanning the scene of men at a club and you'll see desperation that cannot be quantified.

rudderless That's how I've always felt about the early 2000's. It felt like society was saying, "Wtf are we doing?" I loved the 90's because I was born in the mid 80's and grew up in the 90's, so yes, it's viewed through the rosey glasses of childhood, but meh, need to have SOME happy memories in this miserable existence known as life.

Good on you for having awareness in your early years. College, at least in America, is like the new high school, where everyone just parties and fucks, meaning, don't waste your time trying to be serious with anyone.

No shit. I'm temporarily living/going to a school in a town where 2/3 of the broads here are knocked up or have strollers. Women and their kids just run around running into people, strollers taking up most of the sidewalk or entry ways to stores, etc. and walking slow with nothing more than some half glazed look from mothers and no concern for their surroundings. The older I get, the more I just can't stand they fucking kids running around screaming. I often get happy imagining one of these kids…

What's interesting in all of this is that what the women are doing actually kind of impresses me. It's just business. How is it any different than getting scammed by a used car salesman? So many people don't want to work corporate or in an office and these women have sort of found their own thing.

That's exactly why I've never advocated nor wanted full socialism and can't truly see myself ever moving to one of the Scandinavian countries. It just seems by annoying that there has to be one extreme or the other. The other problem with for socialism is that it requires what degree of unification whether it be culture or something else, and America is so so diverse and divided on so many issues, that'll it will have a hard time coming to our country.

I was always a bit more liberal (with a little bit of socialist ideals tossed in) in my voting and views of life, since, being an American, if we have all this money for wars, why can't some of it go to help education, etc. I even wanted to move to the the NW where things seemed more chilled and liberal, but as I've aged, I'm actually considering moving to someplace a bit more conservative (read: sane). Taught English there for a year and this was a big topic. Korean women are so basic and materialistic, they almost put American women to shame. Plus the fashion "thing" for men for the past few years is to look geeky and a bit androgynous. No joke, when I got off the plane, I thought I had stepped into a gay club the size of a country. Look up male K-pop stars and you'll see slightly less version younger men looking like that in most cities. It's so strange.

I've always been a mild loner by nature and since sex theses days seems to be tied to so many social things, it really does not register with me much. Entertain yourself by seeing all the people that you haven't talked to in months come out of the woodwork calling you an asshole or assuming something is wrong.

My advice is to delete your main Facebook then create an alternative one under a fake name and some random picture and only have the handful of people or friends on there that you actually talk to. It's what I did.

I have a crazy sister who is like that. Got married to a well-meaning husband, but after her constant highs and lows of mood swings he eventually said enough is enough and divorced her. Within weeks she had already conned another guy into knocking her up.

Spent so many years being a social outcast that I just give up on most of society and people a long time ago. Due to depression I've been pretty much sexually dead my whole life, so that has little to no control over me as well.

been off and on dating sites for a little over a decade and it's always the same story: can't get responses for shit. sure, i'm an average looking dude, but it's entertaining when women who are worse off than me (fat, kids, etc.) seem to have high demands.

In my early 30s but spent most of my 20s being beta in socially awkward so I did not get much action, but it also made me realise how little importance sex really is. I've started to become more normal and tackle life in my early 30s, so I plan to seek out if you fwb, but I'll keep it to only a few and I'm about to get snipped anyway. The last thing I would want us to bring a child into this world.

relationships: in my early 20's, thought i had found the one and she slept with my best friend. got serious about another girl, but found out later she was just using me for emotional support. plus observing all the generally shitty behavior by women does not offer much motivation to be in a relationship. sex: i've had serious depression my whole life = being pretty much sexually dead, so overall i'm pretty indifferent about it. and since i was not thinking about sex so much i found other things…

Minnesota here. The Twin Cities are OK at best, but nothing special. SWJ princess syndrome in the cities and husky country girls everywhere else. We're usually at the end of any major music tours and don't get much coming through here. Most of the population wants to just hunt and fish which is fine except it creates a very strong bubble and nobody cares what goes on outside of the state.
