Mate, I'm 28 with braces. I swear to god these things play to our advantage. Getting a social job sounds interesting...hmmm. Yeah actually I went out the night after this post, this time with a new mindset - Go out and have fun, joke with everyone, dont think about how you appear, instead look at others and imagine how anxious they are + approach girls with alpha confidence, dont be a beta melt :) I was sober, alone and was kinda on fire. Wow thanks man, that post means a lot. Definitely won't forget this. I guess the headspace app would be beneficial and an easy way to get into meditation? I also need to start some sort of exposure ladder for my anxiety.
