2	Need advice Run. Run a lot. Get good headphones good shoes and run until your dead. This will help you drop fat make you feel like a bad ass and add to your health. Also runners high is a very real thing. Also focus on meditative breathing for a few minutes each day. Run a half marathon and start training. Set a goal and make that your number 1 priority.
