who said there is any side effects if you're getting yourself to normal levels? the only side effect i can think of is having shity genetics and in-turn converting lots of testosterone to estrogen in which you'll need to simply add an anti-estrogen along side it and voila, problem solved. even acne usually comes from steroids when estrogen is high.

the book game by neil isn't useful in today's world with the other much better materiel available out there. I'll pass. mystery method? I'll pass as well. the todd system and surgical method are much better and newer. I am currently reading the technical game bible by saul tee which recently got release and it's some solid stuff ;) having a good structured system from a to z > "natural game"
