Ask yourself, are you in their playing field? People who have high standards are usually able to reciprocate what they are looking for. If you are looking at a supermodel/billionaire/highly educated professional, ask yourself if you’re in their league. It sounds horrible, but I remember being in my early 20s and being approached by a 60year old biker with no teeth. Look at what people value, and see if your goals align. University student, gym junkie, backpacker, professional…. Look for someone …

Taking care of a sick partner is definitely expected, but the text message meant a lot to me. Finding someone who is openly planning a future with me, and genuinely expressed his feelings has been very special.

Thank you! I’m 34 & was happily single for most of my 20s. Don’t settle, ladies!

My last boyfriend was training to be a pilot and earned significantly less than I did. If I expected him to pay for everything, we wouldn’t have gone out much.

It might happen if you’re dating someone of European ancestry, but I find it kind of creepy if it happens the way it does on the movies (sending a round of drinks to your table at the bar). I appreciate if a man pays for the meal on the first date, but I’d pay for drinks afterwards, & then take turns paying on dates after that.

As a long term thing, or when there is a bit of a cross over if you’re going on bumble dates?

Are you getting threats from people in this group? I was curious as I’m from Australia, and the dating culture is very different.

No sleepovers, no dates, no emotional support. He needs to bring condoms & wine & provide you with 4+ orgasms before he’s allowed to put it in. And then you can go & be wined & dined by other men, without having sex too quickly.

Just wondering, which country are you in?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
