I'll just say you seem to have a lot of insight. That sounds about right.

I wish. I don't have the money (lawyers I talk to want huge retainers I don't have), and I know 0 about law. I also live in a state that is not very likely to be on my side about anything. Very red state if you know what I mean. I'm just as likely to lose the joint custody I have by going to court.

I don't think that is very likely when she appears to have a doctor on board with this, according to her emails.

She did live with me. For most of her life. Her mother had no contact with her for several years. She thought my second wife was her real mother because she was so young when the real one left. When her mom came back in the picture expressing sorrow I left it up to the child on whether or not to have contact. She chose to. A couple of years later she wanted to live with her. This is the result. I let her choose because my situation was very similar only with the father gone and coming back, and …

I have been speaking with the ex and telling her my objections. It has become about HPV now instead of a virginity test, but she still plans to force it because "she needs to get used to pap smears and such as it is part of being a woman". Never mind that many doctors recommend starting that in the 20s.

Not trolling. It's really sad that my life is so Jerry Springer that people think it can't be real. sigh.

I agree with you. I don't know who the doctor is. My wife also monitors my daughters communications on the phone, facebook, etc. I am unable to communicate with my daughter without her mom seeing it and most likely not even getting to my daughter.

Yes and yes. I was very sexually active by 13 and the mother had an abortion at 12 with her first real boyfriend. It certainly wasn't right or smart in retrospect, but that was a long, long time ago. To be honest I just didn't care about anything, including myself, until I had my first kid. Everyone thought I was on my way to prison or death. I didn't turn my life around until then. So even though it wasn't very smart, it changed who I was, and the kids turned out fine, despite me not knowing wh…

Thanks for responding. I'm pretty sure she has already spoken to the doctor. My daughter is afraid to say no because of how her mom would use that as a sign she has been having sex, so she is objecting on the ground of "it is gross". I will tell my daughter that she can refuse. I'm not sure she'll have the courage though with her mother breathing over her. I wish I could be there to stop this. I will not speak on the quality of the person that is my ex, as my children love her and I have my opin…
