Sounds like you are looking for r/TheRedPill Self acceptance, validation, & ultimately, happiness will be the most fulfilling if found from within. You don’t need someone else for your happiness & depending on someone else like that sets you up for disaster.

I can only give advice regarding the academic side of things: to save $$ on textbooks try to torrent PDF versions. Almost all textbooks are online. You have to dedicate & structure your days around studying if it is really your priority. From your sleep schedule to your diet & so forth, you need to gear every part of your life to studying. Everything you do throughout the day has to be with the purpose of maximizing your efficiency while studying. Write things down rather than typing if you have…

Natural History & Art Museums are fantastic. Best collection of Indigenous Pacific Northwestern art is there. Also Union Station in Lower Downtown (LoDo) near the rockies stadium is a cool place to grab a drink or some food.

There are different social pressures that, in conjunction with a lack of support for self expression outside of the PC mold, weigh heavily on millennials. Social media is downright toxic yet is almost required to be a functioning member of the millennial generation. I’ve found that young people retreat into themselves more readily than ever.
