Everything in the Philippines is in English, and the people and culture are very welcoming. That’s your best bet. Malaysia was a British colony so most people in the cities speak English. You can do fine with English in the big cities in Thailand. Phnom Penh in Cambodia is English friendly for the most part. I’ve heard good things about Vietnam. Exactly, there shouldn’t be child support or any government welfare for people’s life choices. If she wants to raise a child on her own, then do it without a man if he’s not interested. Government needs to butt out of the personal affairs of the people. Shut down all the divorce and family courts, and save a ton of taxpayer money.
